JUST AS AN FYI:

Well - It seems most of the post I have left about the petition are now being bombarded with request to Wait and Not Sign the petition or to have them Deleted because CASSA say so - Even here in "Voltville" . . . WHAT ? ? ? (and by a newbie no less.)

AND - While - Yes - It seems that the letter I got in response was to the earlier petition is being re-sent now . . . Either way the links are still valid and hopefully some people will still it go to them to "Voice" their opinions/views . . . Just A Thought . . .

"Me" - I did do what I thought appropriate to do . . .

AND - RIGHT NOW - I'm staying out of all the in-fighting and continued disagreements throughout ECF about whether or not to sign any petition and to not say anything else until CASSA says so . . .

CASSA DOES NOT SPEAK FOR "ME" . . .

I DON'T Care Anymore What People or CASSA does . . . I'm DONE ! ! !

Beautiful. I love marinas, docks and lots of water. What is that body of water?

Watkins Glen is at the south end of Seneca Lake. Ithaca is at the south end of Cayuga Lake. They are the 2 biggest Finger Lakes. Trumansburg, where I live, is between these 2 lakes and a bit north of Watkins Glen and Ithaca.

Whoa! You live in a quint little town too. What is the population? I want to check out that chocolate store. :D

It's a really neat town. Here in NY, they call it a village. A town is a larger area, sometimes not even with a center with that name. It's like a township was when I lived in Pennsylvania. It's a larger area than a village but not as big as a county.

I looked up the population, since I wasn't sure. In 2012, it was 1,815. Remember, a lot of those people don't live in the village, even if their address is Trumansburg. Outside the village are farms, clusters of houses, etc., that are still considered Trumansburg.

I really don't understand what's going on, but I signed it anyhow. So did my daughter. Why on earth do they want us to hold off?

Evie - I can't even imagine how you're feeling right now, but it can't possibly feel good. My thoughts are with you and your family. encourage.gif

It looks like a great place to live except for the weather.
