Zero....Refresh my memory. How old is your student?

Q - The noise on the Honda stopped. Hubby is thinking maybe a rock got caught in the disc brake or some such so when he backed out of his parking space at work, the rock fell out and solved the problem. It was such a horrible noise, I was sure something on the car was falling apart!

Great news about the rock! :)

I'm getting more and more worried about Sandy. Uncle - do you have her phone number?

Math, English, Social Studies, "Word Builder" (more English), Science. Parents are handling PE. He is not very motivated, works very slowly. I set up a reinforcement sheet last night. The curriculum they chose is not internet-based, is fundamentalist Christian. I hope he doesn't ask any questions about my personal views on Creationism!! LOL.

I'm hoping for computer or isp problems. Not much else would be good news. One thing I'm pretty sure of is she wouldn't disappear unless there is some sort of problem.

I'm with the rest of you, hoping Sandy is ok. *Thinking good thoughts* I believe some nasty weather moved through on Tuesday, possibly her internet/power was affected?

That's wonderful news about the Honda, Lizzie. Maybe a hammer would have worked after all.

Enjoy your forest time Rave, I'm glad you are feeling well again.

Congrats on the new teaching job Zero!

Happy Thursday to my Volties! (yes, I DID have to check to make sure it is Thursday, hee hee)

Hey volties. I emailed Sandy to see if she is alright. She is but she hasn't been able to login since they made everybody change their password. I told her there is a link that she needs to click on to change her password so I asked to her recheck the msg she got in case she missed it. If that doesn't work then she gave me her phone # to give to somebody in this group that might be able to walk her through getting logged in. If you can help, please PM me for her phone #.

That happened to me a couple of days ago. I just logged out, tried to log back in but played dumb and pretended that I forgot my password, then they sent me an email with a new one. Then once you're in, you can change it to whatever you like. The screen says to reset your password "from this page," but doesn't give you any way to do so - at least not on Safari, which is what she uses too.

Sandy just emailed me back and said that she missed the "this page". When she clicked on that she was able to change her password and is now catching up. That link doesn't work with all browsers but IE is one that it does work.

So glad she is ok. :)
