That is what has kept me going for years - making people laugh and getting a laugh from others. My sanity relies on it. Shoot - I always get a giggle out of Uncle's posts - he cracks me up at times...
Oh, me too! I heavily rely on laughter to get me through tough times. "Wallowing" does not work well for me at all. Uncle cracks me up too, but then, the same can be said for many of you folks here.
Being goofy makes you laugh and that is the best medicine. The other best medicine is walking through the woods looking for morels which we are going to do.
What? You and I acting goofy together? Unheard of!!
We'll have a good time, and it looks like we'll have good weather for it. I think that there might be a morel or two out there still. And, you still need to see the beaver dam. Don't let me forget my camera!

Terry's right. I was crackin' a funny. Going into the woods without my camera is unforgivable. I woulda gotten a picture of that fairy ring of morels if I hadn't forgotten my camera that one, single time! Argh!! NOT doin' that again. Unless ... I forget again. CRS.

I suggest you put it buy the mods you are going to take out in the woods. All 10 of them.

Good plan!! I will confess that the last time that I went out there with my BF I messed up and only took ONE! That's sooo unlike me.

Yes, let's see some photos Rave and Terry but with people in them as well for a change and not from a half mile away, either!
The back yard is finally cleaned up, only twenty-five, forty-five gallon, trash bags of leaves and twigs along with another cubic yard or so of mulched up leaves and grass from the mower on the mulch pile. I got the garden rototilled this afternoon despite the heat, 90 degrees. I also emptied one of the mulch drums I made into the garden before I started with the tiller. I'm too pooped to start laying out the drip system and start planting so that'll wait for tomorrow when it's supposed to be substantially cooler.
Oh yeah, this morning I mixed a liter of liquids. I was getting too far behind on that chore.
