Ugh!!! You skinny ones that can eat all that you want and never gain a pound.

I am actually still losing weight. I started on athe easiest and healthiest diet that I have ever tried right before I quit smoking. It is so easy to stick to, plus the fact that I eat often that I have not had the typical quit smoking weight gain. For once in my life!

We're not skinny - just normal. I know all about the dieting thing. I did WW about five or six years ago because I wanted to lose ten pounds. I made hubby eat all the same food as me (easier). We both ended up losing weight. I don't know what happened after that, but for some reason, both of us have never gained any weight since then. I sort of think that it's because we mostly eat organic foods and avoid processed foods. Not sure though... Tonight was really an exception, but it sure tasted good.

Diets are such a pain, so it's good that you found an easy one. That's what I liked about WW. I did the points diet online. Isn't it nice not gaining weight after quitting smoking? I was concerned about that, but so far, neither of us have gained any weight (sigh of relief).

Oh I am familiar with WW. Counting points was a real PITA for me. I think that if you keep a few good habits from each diet that you try it helps.

Did you do the online WW or in person? Online, there is a point calculator. I got used to it and even used the point calculator for favorite recipes. For the most part, I skimped on points Monday through Thursday, so I could have more on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I really liked that diet since I was able to eat normal food. Once I was off of it, that's about when we started buying organic meat, chicken, fish, veggies, etc. But, we were fortunate that Whole Foods came into the area around the same time. Since then, a competitor has entered the market, which forced Whole Foods to drop prices. My one major downfall though is Bluebell 'Homemade' Vanilla ice cream. Yum! I have a big bowl every Friday and Saturday night. Certainly not organic or healthy, but oh so tasty! :)

You have to splurge every now and then. I did online and in person. Even being strict with it I did not lose much weight. I have been the most successful with my current, GI Diet Rick Gallop diet and with diets like South Beach. My current is so easy. Every food imagined is listed and it works like a traffic light. Red Light + rarely to Never Yellow= Occassional or once goal is met and Green Light= As much as you want. There is an enormous amount of food on this diet and the key is that you MUST eat 3 meals and 3 snacks each day. makes it less likely that you will stray into the red light category. Of course we went out of town and have been sick so we have not done well with it the past few weeks but are getting right back on it.

So you can eat mac & cheese occasionally? My neighbor did the South Beach diet a couple of years ago and lost a lot of weight. It also helped that he quit drinking Guinness beer!

So I got my Phidmus Woodimus Feederos or whatever it's called for my RY4 vape. I of course forgot to order batteries. Well actually I assumed since it ran off a 3.7volt battery that my Wet Box 3.7 volt battery would suffice. WRONG This thing is much bigger. For some reason i thought it was the size of a wetbox which is fairly small. Nope, it is more akin to a cigarette pack then the wetbox. So I ordered the other option for batteries which are two 3 volt batteries. I figured I should try out this 6volt vape. Plus I could always get a 3.7 battery later or a LR carto to make it 5volt....blah..blah..blah.

I was not too impressed with the 6volt experience at first. Plus I think coupled with the not so impressive filling of the feeder system to my cartomizer. It's kinda a pain to push in the button to push in the bottle inside. It's also a bottom feeding which means you hold it upside down. I think if you like the 3.7volt, the wetbox is just easier to utilize. The 6volt though is definitely growing on me. Oddly enough I am vaping less.. Which I am not sure what that is a product of. Anyone else have that kind of experience with a 6volt vape?

Yes! As long as the mac is whole wheat and better if the cheese is low fat. No white processed macaroni product though. Everything is in the right proportion too. We use the plate method. Look at your plate. Cut it in 1/2. Now cut one of those 1/2s in 1/2 (mentally of course) The 1/2 plate is for veggies. The 1/2 a 1/2 is meat and the other 1/2 a 1/2 is for pasta, beans, long grain rice, etc. Much easier to me than counting calories, points etc.

Sorry, Taur, I haven't tried any 6v vaping. I once hooked a carto up to a PT, which I believe is supposed to simulate 5v vaping, and nearly got blown offa my chair. 6v could put me through the wall. LOL

This coming from the one that needs every mod out there????
