Jani Tip #716
After filleting a Salmon or Steelhead don't toss those fillet bones out just yet, most times there is still good meat attached to the bones, season it with a little pepper and toss on the grill for 2 minutes on each side, gives you something to munch while the fillets are cooking.

Tip #379
One of the best "tells" at the table are blinking eyes, if a player changes eye direction more than 3 times without blinking they're holding a good hand.
P.S. Seahawks will beat the Rams, chalk up 7 in a row, turnovers, bringing the house on 3rd and long, and play-option ensures a decisive victory for Hawk fans.

Tip #579
The secret is in the sauce and I'm fixin to give y'all my secret BBQ sauce recipe!
1 Cup Ketchup
2 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup
10 drop of "Stubbs" Mesquite Liquid Smoke
1 tablespoon A-1 steak sauce
2 teaspoons of Worchestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons of Garlic Pepper
1 teaspoon fine Red Pepper
If y'all got about a 1/3 of bottle of Ketchup, just put all the ingredients straight into the bottles and shake babe shake.
Fixin to make wings and like it hotter? Add: 1 Tablespoon of Tobasco and increase the fine Red Pepper to a full Tablespoon. That's what I'm talking about, I could do the that all day long!
If I win, I plan using my new found status to do everything in my power to have Kiss listed in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!
Kiss fact #971, first gig ever... Queens, at the Popcorn January 1973!
