Actually it is 60% minimum.Thought I read the alcohol content needs to remain 85% at minimum to be effective. 6ml vg and 0% dw would be a better mix imo.
Absolutely. I just carry the sanitizer in my car (I've done that since before coronavirus, use it after things like pumping gas.)as i understand it, vigorous hand washing with any soap at all is superior to
alcohol sanitizer.
a trip to the liquor store can fix you right up!!
Since Pennsylvania has CLOSED ALL Bars...and ALL State Liquor Stores...hand sanitizer will probably return to the shelves...before we have access to the alcohol to make it!!??!!
..
Many states have an upper limit of 75.5% alcohol in "spirits". You'll still find Ever Clear there, but it will be 151 proof rather than 190.If anyone can't find the 90+ alcohol, a trip to the liquor store can fix you right up!! I put it in spray bottles for sanitizing surfaces and I also put some in the little soft plastic ejuice bottles for my husband to carry in his pocket at work.
It seems you are unfamiliar with Pennsylvania's arcane laws regarding alcoholic beverages. That's wild. Can you still buy booze at supermarkets and so forth?

Speaking of that..... this past weekend I kept smelling cornbread outside, drove me nuts. Long story short, hubby went to visit the neighbor and yup you guess it.Time to get out the still.
America: More guns, less booze. Everywhere else, less guns, more booze. All I can say is Bloody Hell.
Many of us have plenty of VG around. Also hand sanitizer is hard to find. So is aloe vera gel.
I got this off the WHO website, they had a 10L recipe for hospitals, so I scaled it down to 1 or 2 liter batches. I added a few drops of some essential oil for fragrance.
