I understand that but my point was if a single company such as Aspire can get with paypal to disallow it's use as a payment I think the government/FDA could easily do the same along with other forms of payment processors.
That and the mess of adult signature required and sorting out what was on the market before the Aug date is just going to make international orders a mess.

FOr that reason alone I blew our budget out of the water tonight and finished my vapocalypse prepping with some major orders of spare parts for thing and backup devices. While I can still get them before it all goes nuts.

I have not back read on this thread. It has likely already been talked about. If so, please just disregard this post.

Right before I quit smoking cigarettes, I bought my cigarettes online from Europe. I was required to send a copy of my drivers license to the company that I was buying from for them to keep on file. It looks like that will be the case with online vaping purchases as of August 8, 2016 as well.

Short Term:
Nothing will significantly change the way you operate your business until August 8 th . Beginning on
August 8 th , the FDA can and likely will, to some degree, begin to enforce the following requirements:
∙ Products may not be sold to persons under the age of 18 (both in person and online
∙ Age verification required by photo ID;

I think that buying online is going to turn into a mess a lot sooner than many people are expecting. :2c:

I would also expect adult signature required on the delivery as well.

True. It really wasn't a problem on the cigarettes. I just wonder how many smaller vendors may just fold rather than even try to keep up with the documentation and records that will entail.

I agree, I do not believe it is going to be business as usual after Aug8th especially with online sales and another thing I do not believe people are taking into consideration is now that (everything) vaping is deemed a tobacco product more and more states are going to quickly make their own moves in regard to regulations and taxes which may very well include no online sales.... as some states have already done.

I just said exactly that elsewhere this evening. Double whammy. First the FDA. next, the states are going to slam us with most likely even worse.

After the Final Rule came out I sent an email (with links) to the maker of my ADV urging them to become more aware of how they will be affected. I never got an answer. I just checked their site and there is no mention of anything regarding the FDA, but there is a banner across the top:

Starting June 6th, the prices of 30mL, 50mL, 120mL, and 250mL eliquids will raised by $1, $2, $3, and $5 respectively. Pricing for 10mL eliquids will be unaffected.

You'd think USPS would be standing with us, we sure give them tons of business!

You would think! They will probably refuse to deliver anything vaping or "tobacco" related though.

Cigarettes & Smokeless Tobacco
Most cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products may not be mailed domestically or internationally.

"A network of small, complicated rules. It does not break wills, but softens them. It does not tyrannize, it hinders, represses, stupefies, and finally it reduces each nation to being nothing more than a flock of timid animals, of which the government is the shepherd."

It's scary and uncanny how accurately De Tocqueville predicted what has happened to this country.

Isn't it?

He also said:

“The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.”

My advice? Buy the 10ml ones.

Sorry, I just can't take any more bad news. Screw them all.

Good night, my fellow vapers.

America is great because America is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.

Since as of right now vaping products are considered tobacco, it is illegal to mail vape products through USPS.

I don't think it's automatic. The PACT Act of 2010 specifically exempts e-cigarettes and cigars. They (the Congress) would have to amend PACT first.
