I'm outright saying that there are show owners out there who are intentionally misleading customers with bad intent, and I'm not denying it.

I can't guarantee it in any specific example, but I've seen it enough, with what I interpreted as clear enough implied intent to believe it with a relatively high level of confidence.

There comes a point where you can feel confident in inferred intent. Think about how many confident accusations have been made, in this very thread, that the FDA passed these regs out of greedy intent, and that BT/BP supported them out of nefarious intent.

You're right of course, but it matters if you are assigning dark intent. And when pointed out, you deny it. It matters quite a bit imo.
If I am a vaper, who doesn't go online to vape forums or anywhere else, and I only shop at one B&M and that is where I get all of my vape supplies, and that shop fails to inform me of the situation that we're in and what I can be doing to get involved, am I not being kept in the dark?

There is no implication of intent. The shop may not know what's going on, they may think it will all amount to nothing, or they may not want to panic customers. Is it the phrase "kept in the dark" that rubs you so raw? How about this one: What good does it do to have customers who are ignorant of the situation?

Or how about this one: What purpose is served if both shops and consumers remain ignorant?

The point, that myself and others have been making, is that every shop should be informing every customer, and not all of them are doing it.

Look, I'm opting out of this line. I'm tired of it more than some reading it. lol... The post above about Sen. Johnson's request to the FDA is a much better topic and we should all write him a thank you letter, as I just did.

Look, I agree with that - said so above, so lets end on that. If you want to continue digging go right ahead, but without me.

...

I Don't think there is Any Doubt that this in not True. About the Only Debate seems to be what are the Percentiles for those that do?

If I had to pull a Number out of a Hat to answer a Jeopardy question, I would say... "What is 40% Alex?"

Yeah, I read the other info from smokeymountain - veiled threats start early? political posturing / muscle flexing?

I see it as Zoidman stated elsewhere - "checks and balances" of the legislative against the executive - and he basically laid out his procedure - initial letter with compliance date. The FDA failed that. A prompt now and perhaps another before bringing the hammer down. Sounds sensible to me. Some want it quicker of course lol.

Its a Character Defect. LOL.

And probably the result of years of Coding.

Some would consider Retailers not informing customers of what they know the FDA is doing to the e-Cigarette Market, when asked, for the purpose of continuing to Sell Retail e-Liquids for Profit to be Bad Intent.

I do.

But concepts like "Bad Intent" or "Dark Intent" can have many Different Meanings for many Different People.

I was really just poking Kent and Less a little because I'm a jerk, but I can see why they're motivated by the almighty dollar, even if it is really bad for the industry as a whole.

I don't know if the age of the browse make a difference. Did you try watching it on youtube instead of the embedded player?
Yes. No speed controls. I guess I need to update my OS, so I can update my firefox browser. Or maybe it's not available for Linux. I'll try to find out, because I would use that feature, a lot.

What speeds does it offer?

I've heard rumor that the speed controls don't exist in the youtube HTML5 player. I've not checked that, but that may be the difference.
