Depends if it fits their political agenda. We have few judges who rule on law anymore.

Indeed. It seems like they're trying to make law rather than rule on it. Most of our laws nowadays seem to be made either by judges or executive branch administrative agencies. Does Congress even do anything anymore? :(

between here and there
I was doing some reading on growth hormone the other day and came across an article that included that a medication used for growth hormone requirers that the FDA passed as safe, but the FDA does not have any documented research on long term effects on behavior or other problems. So they approved a medication that was just deemed to be safe to use without any other info. It just burns me up to read these things. I'll hunt for the source of the article later.
Oh yeah. They have been using the public as their petri dish for many years now. That is why you hear and see so many of the newer drug prescriptions being recalled and have many class actions against them.

Monsanto is the other

Monsanto is merely taking hold of one of the share holders.

The crop division.

Still got dairy, tobacco, poultry, grain, sugar, artificial sweeteners, wheat, cattle, fast food, junk food, etc.

Monsanto seems to be a requirement on the resume to get a top position in the FDA along with Big Pharma on the resume also. And some wonder why Monsanto gets fast track approval priority along with no requirements for labeling for GMO ;)

Sort of a checkers outlook to a chess game.

This play book is old hat.

Yet it seems the vast majority haven't seen inside the front cover.

Yes, those are the current players making the moves.

But the collective more represents the face of the FDA and maps out the history.

The ground work for the current play has been laid for nearly 6 decades if you will.

Chess.

Interesting way one "Parts" vendor (FatDaddyVapes) is dealing with it:

Funny. I hear last year's cries of how they could even consider legalizing such atrocities ringing in my ears.

And now we may depend on it.

Take that, tight shirts.

I have always in my mind thought how similar the plight of these two diverse camps are, really, at the heart of it, it is all about people in power wanting to control the actions and consumption of people they feel they are either in control over, or some twisted idea that they are protecting them from themselves. The bigger picture is that we as a free people, have the god given right to choose what we do with our own bodies and minds, and the government never had the authority or right to infringe upon that in ANY way shape or form, they perverted the law to steal this right away from the people.

And on the other hand...

We have aluminum.

(What's the link between the ADA and aluminum?)
