That he was Tom Baker crossed my mind almost instantly. I know his voice was on some vaping shows. I can't compare them since I would have to do some considerable digging.

If, and that is a HUGE if, it is indeed TB, that would totally explain why he is doing this.

Granted I've not read to the end of the thread (yet), but let's just pretend I did.

That fellow, that video-a-holic slightly insane piece of work, is NOT Tom Baker. I'm one with a uber keen ear for voices, and I've heard Tom many a time and oft. NOT the same guy.

Actually, if you read ("red" not "reed") most of what he wrote here (much of which has been deleted...), it wasn't that he believed the Deeming wouldn't happen, just that it wouldn't have the effect that most here thought it would. IOW, he didn't think a ban of >99% of ecigs would result. So actually he was arguing the Opposite of what this guy is arguing on the video.

This guy on the video is basically making the case that individuals and companies are violating the Deeming now, whereas TomB would say they weren't. However, both have an insane obsession going on and on beyond the details :- ) Getting the details isn't a bad thing. Overdoing/over explaining them irritates people....
