That puts it in perspective. These regulations are totally impossible. Is there any other product/industry held to such a standard? My husband is in OTC drugs, and I don't think their regulations are even this insane. Then, suppose you do your best to jump through these hoops and the FDA either sits on your submission indefinitely or just says, "nope". Litigation is the only way through this. Total insanity.

Now your starting to see the light !!

That made me cry, shake and scream. I can only hope there is still some reason left in this world once all the parties are hashing this out. What scares me is a old quote I have held dear "you can not change someone's opinion with reason, if that opinion was not reached through reason" :-x

Im wondering if Big Tobacco will be removing all their newer brands of Cigarettes off the market that were introduced after 2007 as well?

Just offhand, I dont remember Marlboro Black, Marlboro Edge, or several camel brands as well as a slew of their cigalikes (Mark 10 comes to mind) that are now being sold being available since 2007. Wouldn't those have to go thru a PMTA process too?

Dick Durbin....;)
Still imo a saint compared to Schumer. Schumer is as dirty and as corrupt as they get.

I said here last night Schumer has already bandwaggoned himself calling on the FDA to investigate and recall ecigs for exploding batteries to save the teens. Just yesterday. Hes also spouting off about flavors too.

Not if they are part of a "conspiracy" to price everyone else out of the business, they will just take the hit of going through the PMTA process and then recoup loss' when they are the only vendors left standing.

Anything you put nicotine in would become a tobacco product in August. I think that might include my freezer.
And since your freezer is a tobacco product, and you put it in your kitchen.
Now your kitchen is a tobacco product.

And by extension, your entire home is now also a tobacco product.

In fact, the entire WORLD is now a tobacco product!!
Bwahahahaha!!!

Someone mentioned earlier that the software update to their mod will make their USB cable, computer, wireless access point, etc. a tobacco product.

In addition, I use double-sided 3M UHB/VHB tapes, bondic, q-tips, lighting gel sheets, solder, wire, superglue, hot glue, paints, screws, and all kinds of crazy contraptions for mixing and shaking. Where would it stop?

Boxer is the definition of a lost cause.

I'll see your Boxer and raise you a Malarky, I mean Markey. He's the one who gave the speech saying the industry should be killed. Elizabeth Warren has also supported the deeming much to my dismay.
