Interesting list, especially the letters that went out on October 12, 2018. Among them were Myle, which stopped selling in the US as of November 15th, and RJ Reynolds about the Vuse Alto line, which is still available.Statement from FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, M.D., on forceful new actions focused on retailers, manufacturers to combat youth access to e-cigarettes as part of FDA’s Youth Tobacco Prevention Plan
"Today, we’re also announcing that we’ve sent letters to more than 40 companies seeking information about whether more than 50 products – including a variety of flavored e-cigarette products – are being illegally marketed and outside the agency’s current compliance policy."

Low-hanging fruit. Not sure about Madvapes, but most of the products on the list are either pod mods or saltnic e-liquids.
Small company folded. Big one did not.
Gottlieb resigning, just came over the WSJ alert.
