Seems hardly mentioned here, but the vote yesterday, and recent statement by the White House should really reason to celebrate a little.  Not just because the one House bill was defeated, but prior to that, I don't recall seeing much that indicated conservatives were actually far less likely to ban or damage the vaping industry than dems.  This seems fairly new. It felt like a couple months ago, killing vaping was a bipartisan effort.  And the White House can, without question, influence what the FDA does.  
Again, back to the states, though.  But if the fear of losing vape-voters is causing that at the federal level, there should be a little more hope with some states as well.  At least compared to the height of E-acetate hysteria, anyway.  Not counting on it, but...
