ok, maybe it'll be 75 years, but states are rebelling.

don't know how to get states vape friendly yet.
They're not really rebelling, or doing anything for us, they've just figured out that they can make money from it. When they figure out they can make money off of vaping instead of banning it things will be a lot easier for us. Of course we're talking about suits here and they can't think too fast, so there'll be doom and gloom for at least another decade or two.

If it takes 10 to 20 years, please look to the heavens when it happens and tell ole CMD that miracles do happen. Of course, if I am in those heavens, as opposed to the alternative location, then I will already know that a miracle has happened.

Mike Bloomberg drops out of the 2020 presidential race and endorses Joe Biden after a disastrous performance in Super Tuesday's 14 Democratic primaries.
Now he can fully concentrate on destroying the rest of the US vaping industry with spending his millions on the most outrageous anti-vaping campaigns.:rickroll:

Millions; that's pocket change to him. His net worth is close to 65 billion.

If he'll continue to gamble we'll see him hunting for leftovers at a McD soon :pop:
I'd really like to see him fighting the birds over french fries in the parking lot.. :w00t:

OK, OK, even with gambling it will be hard to loose over 60B, he will need to divorce and to marry again to achieve this target. Still doable. :thumb:

He got divorced like 25-30 years ago and now has had the same girlfriend for like 10 years now. I think he knows about that trick and is too smart to fall for it. I wish I could say the same.

I wonder about which state Bloomberg and his paramour consider to be their state of residence. Some states recognize common law marriage and community as opposed to marital property. NY does not recognize common law marriage and seems to be a marital property state with, hold it - wait for it, "equitable division" of marital assets. "Palimony", a California concept, may well one day sweep the nation.

Ah, well, do I really care? Not a whit. Ya pays yer money and ya takes yer chances. And with that I will return the thread to its proper topic. How 'bout those deeming regs?

    This stood out for me:
The agency also recently issued separate letters to nine manufacturers and importers seeking information about their ENDS products, including requesting evidence that the product is legally marketed and was not introduced or modified after Aug. 8, 2016, the effective date of the final rule that extended the FDA’s tobacco product authorities to all tobacco products. As of March 10, 2020, the FDA has sent letters to more than 100 companies seeking information about more than 140 ENDS products. A number of companies have now removed products from the market.
