Do you think the fda will regulate everything?

The EU systems is what we have, going on today, on steroids.. I doubt that would help anyone. It hasn't helped Europe. The EU system is after-all based on what Washington is doing. It's just easier there.

You're so right! People who think the EU is just for the trade and to make traveling easier are so wrong... Brussels and Strasbourg don't really leave much space for the national governments to actually regulate anything. That's why we have Art. 20 of the TPD ready to land on everyone's heads (and already landed in several ways too). And that's why I think the FDA would like to do the same.

Too bad there's only like two options. I hate the two party system which is why I don't vote sometimes

If the 70% of eligible voters that don't vote, voted. Then there might be more parties. We are stuck with this 1 party, 2 faction, system, BECAUSE of those that don't vote. There are more people not voting because of your reasoning than those supporting the status quo. Seems to me the Non party types way out number the party people. As it is even if we voted for the alternative, it will take several cycle to fix things. And theres the rub.. This doesn't satisfy the instant gratification crowd. It's taken 250 years to get to this point... Change will not come in one election.

I thought the EU was setup just to make commerce easier and traveling between countries. And to say something about the fda. Why are they deeming vaping tobacco if its not tobacco. And your saying if they can tax juice then they won't ban it. Cuz thafs money they can make? That will suck when they tax it. If they do I'll definitely go full time diy

The EU system is about control, PERIOD. It's about giving the powerful more power.

I don't think there will be outright bans... At least not here. They may threaten, but they will also look at the potential Revenue's that bans would cost them and settle for the money. They may make regulations so heavy, that ONLY, the Big corps can supply the product. Which will look and feel like a ban. Because all the small suppliers we now use will not be able to keep up..

Look at the regs they are looking to put on the Craft Beer industry. That's going to put most of the small breweries out of business.

I've not seen that site before. I could spend hours just reading all the things that I had no clue were going on. Even before I was old enough to vote.

Bookmarked for further study. Thank you.

Please, Congress, don't pass anymore laws; you might try repealing some laws instead. Congress, you are too incompetent in some areas and you are too corrupt in others to continue acting. If you are unable to repeal anything, then please do nothing for one year. Bless us with your inaction.

Plz don't tell me they are going after my craft beer and the thing about vaping now is there may be small suppliers but the companies like p4u and sigelei are in China so how would the regulations affect them? Does that mean customs simply won't let the devices into the country if we try to order from like fasttech?

There is nothing that will not be regulated. The government will protect you from every evil and you will like it. Besides, Budwiser is being hurt by craft beer sales.

I still buy bud light. I dont have the kind of money to always buy craft beer. It's like hey I like to go out and eat but I still buy groceries from Kroger. It's not like Kroger is suffering from me buying less food from them.
