Yes
Tips?
OK, there's still a withdraw from the stinkies. You push through it for two short weeks. Mess with flavors, do something to occupy your time. Vape your .... off as a substitute. But you have to decide NO MORE BURNING. Or maybe just "NO BURNING TODAY". One day at a time.
Gum, lozenges, patches, etc. didn't work for me. I missed the habit too. And the gum/lozenges messed with my stomach. That patch doesn't let you control the dose.
But vaping worked. And I did DIY juice to start (kit) so that I could futz with stuff for a while. I cleaned up all ashtrays, burned up the last cigs, and I was DONE.
Don't buy anymore. Don't bum them. Just vape.
Decide. Commit. Don't give them (tobacco companies) any more money. No more nasty taxes either.
Find out what works for you. And if that fails, try again, change stuff.
