Is anyone thinking about throwing together a co-op for these? I'm very interested in going in on one - I see the thread over at PIF got closed out but haven't seen any new thread over there yet. Also, if anyone could point me to where there is info as to which ones are good for 5v (I use a GLV) I'd appreciate it - I searched but couldn't find the info I needed (the fault lies with my search I'm sure!)!

I think the PIF co-op is closed until a proposal is drawn up. I think it all hinges upon the review of these new revisions. As for 5v, you would want the higher ohm cartos. 'Badkolo' could give you more info on that.

i dont know about the pif or co-op stuff but as far as 5volts, i would suggest only the higher ohm e2's

they come in regular sized 808 at 3.0 ohm
they also have both 808 and 510 XL E2 at 3.0 ohm which is also good at 5v.

In my video in my sig I used it at 5v and it was great.

The 3.0 higher ohmed ones i tested where dramatically cooler at 3.7 volts and warm at 5v.

I am still considering a co-op but I would like to do one with a minimum 30pc order per person. This is how they are sold and co-ops are generally for larger purchases. Dealing with a bunch of 5 or 10 pc. carto orders would be a pain, I think.

Also, I won't be doing one until we all have had a chance to check them out.

Me too, pm me for the next co-op. Meanwhile, here are some more tips:

* You can also order directly to your home, yourself. Even without a verified PP account, you can go ahead and order, and select 'Western Union' and just wire them the money! As soon as you order, go to 'Western Union' and you can also email e-liquid cn to let them know about your payment.

* Order close to 1Kg (in 1/2 Kg increments), tha't when the shipping goes up to the next higher level...every 0.5 Kg. Try different things in your shopping cart and make note of the zone-based shipping quote at the very bottom, this lets you order the most efficiently.

BanjoMan's tipping post:
Mini-tips of the day (random stuff I've learned you might find useful):

1. If you lose any of these doing a burn (or they just die a natural death), strip the mouthpiece and inner ring out of them. The spare parts can come in handy.
2. If you clean/dry burn these, let them sit overnight while the wick finishes drying out. You'll be able to get more liquid in them that way.
3. If you refill by removing the inner ring and dripping, don't stop when you see juice at the top of the cup. Wait a minute while the wick soaks the liquid up, then top off.
4. The 401's are skinnier and have different sized condoms. The 808/510 condoms fit a little loose on the 401's, so try not to mix them up.

I've been vaping all day on these ones I got from clouds and they are great. I've tried different levels and find 4.1 volts is my best spot so far. I tried higher but it was just starting to hint at bad taste and I tried all the way down to 2.3 volts and 4.1 seems the best so far. I also tried the dry burn but there wasn't any primer in the one I'm using and no bad taste. I'm very happy with these 808d-1 e2 cartos with ceramic.
For the co-op if these last as long as they're talked about 30 would last forever.

THAT'S what I have been doing wrong. I keep refilling, cleaning/dry burning every other day and repeat.
Mine may have been made by the Energizer bunny. They keep going, and going, and going ........
I want to order the new ones, that with the old ones I have tweaked I may never have to order a attie/cartomizer for a very long time.

All the best, Happy Vaping,
Wing.

all kidding aside, i have prodded the coil, twisted it, bent it, pulled it apart, dry burned it over and over, cleaned them in boiling water and they just keep on working.

Unlike many atomizers which have popped prematurely becuase i dry burned to long, leak like a siv and would just die out of the blue, plus many 510 atomizers and 801 atomizers i have tried the coil area is very sensitive and can break from a simple prod.

So from my experience these e2's are robust in that sense.

but I repeat they only last a day at max and im lucky to get more then 3 refills.(they are watching us):D

maybe one of the members here with some technical expertise could help them improve the lifespan of the e2.lol

I believe I get your drift. These need to be ordered on a regular basis.

Okay they passed my test.

I took my Prodigy V3 out with me all day. It had the AW 17670 battery in it fully charged so I know I had 3.7v running strong all day long.
I filled a ceramic E2 with LiquidXpress Honey Flue Cured 2.6mg PG and another with some Puresmoker Tango Tea 2.4mg Pg/Vg (70-30?)

All I took with me was these two E2's and my V3 and to make a long story short I kept the HFC E2 on my V3 all day-- vaping constantly-- and never took it off or topped it off. I didn't notice a drop in vapor (PLUMES) or a wicking problem (I did yesterday but not today--hmm) and all went well.

I spent about 6-7 hours out an about and happily vaping. I took all the silicone discs out to fill them-- I put the dropper bottle along the inside of the carto and made sure my liquid slid down along the sides into the bottom. I noticed liquid pooling at the bottom of the cup so I stopped. I put the silicone disc with the filler holes back in, put a drip tip on, and left.

These are working great for me so far.

what version, 510 at 2.5 ohms or the 808 at 2.5 or the 808 at 3.0 ohm

I've noticed something about the older 510's and maybe it has something to do with why they've added a 2nd silicone ring to the newer ones. On a fresh fill I find I get a little juice in my mouth if I hold my PV anywhere near horizontal. This is on a carto whose inner cap has been removed and replaced. I'm wondering if the 2nd washer was added to prevent this.

Anyone else had this problem?

I noticed on this 2nd one that the wic was very clean and did not appear to have any primer. Opened the rest to check and I have 3 with primer and 2 without?

I tried filling the CE2 that was bone dry with no primer and it leaks like crazy. Let it sit all day and tried it when I came home but it tastes funny, not sure if I would call it nail glue but there's definitely something there that wasn't on the other ones at all.

Is it a chemical taste or just "harsh"?

It's not harsh, not sure if I would call it chemical though. It's hard to get it to wick enough with it leaking so bad but it's not the too dry taste either. Haven't tasted it with the other 2 I tried but they both had the primer fluid on them whatever that was.
I'll try it again in the morning with fresh tastebuds...

Could you see the glue without dissecting them on the other revision?
