Ah, do they? Don't really taste like it.

Well, the burning thing is the main issue. It's just getting the atty away from the filler. So if they do have filler... they appear to have done that well. I liked them.

I'm sure they work great initially (probably even better than normal Edition1 carto's) but the burning of the material when dry and the fact that they eventually get clogged up and hard to drag is why these CE2 carto's have huge potential.

The filler isn't in contact with the atty. They don't burn. When they're low, you get "burnt atty" taste, not "burnt filler" taste.

They can probably be soaked out with PGA like normal atties, carts, and cartos. May take a bit longer to dry, but since they don't burn, they should be much more resilient.

Honestly, from my experience... I'm sure it's possible to get these CE2's working great, but the point of them is to be something you vape, not something you mess with. I have spent way more time messing with CE2's than vaping them (if they'll even vape at all, which some of them apparently don't due to threading and other issues).

The consistency just isn't there, and it's SO not there that I'm not ever going to give this company a penny of my money. Just my .02.

I haven't opened them up, but based on the diagram I saw of them, no. They also hit a lot like an atty. It appears to be basically a tank with an atty under it. You can get them at CigNot. They're made by Joye, so they're only for the 510.

Ms.Nomad.... see my 'review' here:

Just tried one out and am a bit confused. It's working better by filling along the sides rather than the center 'sealed' hole. Amazing vapor for a 2.8Ω carto and I'm going to have to open one up soon to find out if it's an E2 type or what? I didn't see the diagram. Cignot has a diagram of the mega eGo carto and Vicky's blurb says it's similar, but I'm beginning to wonder if that's the case. Vapes much better with an 'outside fill' rather than a center fill. If you mean another diagram than the mega eGo one post a link.

Huh, interesting.

I am referring to the eGo Mega diagram. When I was using them, they vaped quite well. They taste closer to an atty than a carto to me, and I get lots of vapor. Ongoing reports from the friend who let me play with them tell me they're still vaping well.

I'll have to mention to him what you said about dripping down the sides.

I've had good luck with the mega eGo cartos - I still have the original one I got in service from May 23rd, although recently it is acting a bit thin. I may autopsy that one with the new joye carto although that one is now vaping really well for me by the 'side filling. Actually I just took out the middle cap and am filling it along the side without replacing it now.

That's pretty good. If you do autopsy the eGo carto, let me know if you think it could feasibly be washed and made to perform well again.

I know Scottbee cleaned one up after he cut it - no apparent burning. I haven't cleaned the one I have, but I'm using the same ejuice flavor that I did when I started it. I actually prefer the mega eGo atty/cart combo - same volume (2.5ml) as the mega eGo carto, and easier to fill. Also like the cone/atty for looks but the 1.5ml capacity isn't 'four hours' of vaping like the mega cylinder style.

Great. Now you got me thinking about a 510 kit! Options options!

This is an aside...

I'm an atomizer bigot almost. I hate the 808 cartos (and all cartos I've tried), and quite frankly am giving them away (already claimed). Also with the development problems of the EC2's (or whatever they are called) I've stayed away.

However.

I was pleasantly surprised by the eGomega cartos, and now with these new 510 cartos I just picked up from Cignot. It's as good as a 510 atty, more consistent, tastes great, last a lot longer than a cart, but the filling is a pain.

Just emptied my first 510 carto, and refilled with .75ml and it's fogging up the room on an ego battery. Took my first five (ordered 15) and filled them with my favorites. Now I'm sport vaping to see how long it will last.

To be quite honest, this is better than a cartridge/atomizer experience. Not enough to make me pif my atties- but enough to make me more open minded and actually use these.

I'f also found that is you happen to over fill these you can insert the syringe and suck out the overfill. Which is quite nice.

I'm impressed thus far. I'll beat the hell out of them for two weeks and post a review.

bad,

Since you're talking to these guys, you think they'd consider going back to the plastic filler ring? It would be much easier to pull/reinsert for refilling/cleaning. They could just size it to make it a press fit, while keeping the middle silicone ring and mouthpiece to help hold it all in place. I've pulled mine I don't know how many times on the older 510's and I'm not getting any leaks from them.

Do you happen to know what ohms they measure at?

quick1:: on one of them, i cut out the hole of the center plug and widened it, i lik the way it performs with a wider airflow hole in the refill plug.
The other one had the inner plug and i showed that in the video for one of them. Ill make some more detailed videos as well later today.
