Even dry burning a wickless carto could be easier, but remove the ptb. I did'nt know you cut the wick right at the slits, I hadn't thought about that. I just have to try again and de-wick one. They are just so wicked, haha

The one piece ptb I'm using might be easier to remove for dry burning, btw.

_____

Bad, how did you pull all the wick out? When I tried it messed up the wick that is inside the cup

i used very thin long needle nose tweezers i got from johnson creeks kit way back, i reach in and grab the wick carefully, pry it out then get it all out of the cup, i press the wick back into the slits if it pops out a little, then i used needle nose long tipped thin scissors and cut it off at the slits then pressed it back down into the slits on both sides I did this, then placed the ptb into place , filled it with juice and im in heaven man.

i also check regularly and unscrew it and there is no leaking, im not even really getting any build up in the battery and im abusing this thing vape after vape long and hard

Ok, I managed to get about 3 inches of wick cut out of it right at the slits. It seems like there should be more than that, but I cut it at the slits, so it''s no longer connected to the coil either way.

The xl with ptb is not leaking at all so far either, I had it laying flat. I'm going to see if I can transplant the ptb to the wickless carto in a few. Either that, or I may try the 6 ply next, since I flattened mine so much.

thanks, Bad

i cut mine at the slits on the outside of the cup not the inside v1john. Dont thank me, Thank Banjo for this great idea and mod and you as well .
im just doing what you guys mentioned to great success. now all my e2's are fully usuable and couldnt be happier.

THIS DOES NOT EXCUSE ANYTHING, they shouldnt need to be modded, they should be tested and fixed, period, end of story. but this is performing to well to complain at the moment.

I think your right vjohn, atomizers sell for 3 bucks in bulk and 5 to 10 a pop and how long do they last.

If they perfected the E2, they could essentially charge 3 bucks each for bulk orders, but they would have to be perfected with some extras built in.
that means no dented connector issues, no leaking issues, proper ohms, and Something new for the cup area, maybe a new sleeve like the ptb idea and consistency across production.

I dont see an issue of people not buying them because they cost more and work perfectly.
The end result would be that everyone knows that new e2 final revision works better then anything else, has no issues and are worth the extra money because they work so well and last so long.
That doesnt slow down sales, that will only increase sales drastically.

How do you "address" damaged threads? I have this picture of a company memo...

"To all employees,
For US orders only:

Starting next Monday, DO NOT package any E2s with visibly damaged threads.
Visibly damaged threads are to be forwarded to the group handling Euro and
Canadian shipments.

Thank you for your attention in this matter,
The Management"

This Canadian will definitely be checking all the cartos when they get in, counting up the # of damaged thread units and asking for replacement.

All the best,
Wing.

Yes you can K2. put it backwards though so it doesnt push the ptb into the cup.
Say bad, I use the eraser of a common wood pencil to push stuff in to the tube, including a push on the cup if necessary. It's a nice fit and will automatically square up thin washers, etc.

Exactly, Bad,
But by perfect carto I mean TOTALLY PERFECT, you can unscrew the top part of it off (many threads, high quality, possible o-ring washer), no syringe, cup ptb glove/sleeve, no wick, spare ptb straws, etc., the straws can be sold separately though

This is where something can go wrong, if they omit perfections, then it really will not widely sell (long term estimate)--they may, but they will still be dollar-something cartos, but if it IS totally perfect, no perfection goals omitted, it will definitely widely sell indefinitely--not as many as often, but I'll be sure to get more as needed and they would get 3 to 8 times the money per piece. Whereas if they omit some of the perfections I mentioned, many people would not necessarily get them, or not as often, since we would make them last over a month ourselves... It's like they're going to make them last well over a month, or else ecf will.

good video thanks
