Anxiously awating Bad's take on the latest revision. I am getting a bit fed up with current cartos for the 808. Did I read that correctly about the capacity of the regular's though? Only .6 ml? Is there really that much to the innards of these? They regulars are the same length of a standard carto, correct? How much longer are the XL's?

almost double in length but not exactly. they hold 1.8.

i dont remeber how much a regular sized old carto held but how much more possibly could it be with all that filler in there.
im seperating samples for the orignal testers of the e2 then ill play with the new ones later and make new video for them.
i want to give these a goood inspection all around.

Slightly off topic but, is it standard procedure for an item to be turned over to customs when ordering from ECIGFAIR in China or am I screwed now that customs has my e2 cartomizers :(

I was getting very excited about the PTB mod in the new cartomizers.

This was the message on the tracking form:

The original 510 cartomizers held up to about 20 drops (my juice out of my bottle). Later, some Boge cartoz up to 30 or more. I think I remember that the regular E2's held about 40 drops. The XL's hold almost twice that. The XL's can vary slightly because some of the diameters are different.

well maybe that member is willing to pay for your services of the drawing with NEW samples of the R3 V2 that just now arrived and are sitting on his desk.

theres a limited amount but he can squeeze ya in

Here is a Crude screen shot of CAD dwg I designed that may improve wicking with the existing wick geometry.

The next is a detail view with a revised cup seal. Notice the beveled edges on the ID of the seal and the .007" radius on the top of the cup. These improvements would make getting the cup seal on and off much easier.

from what i was told you should be receiving the latest r3 v2, while many have right now the r3 v1.
They where very busy and catching up to older orders just now but they said after this week all the hold up should be taken cared of.

There is a newer version , the r4, that has a further fixes for the slits but that wont be ready for weeks

for the v2 they did not use a new cup, thats for r4, what they did was is cut notches into the inner cup that line up with the slits.
im going to test it now, so far i checked 20 and all had good connectors with no dents, im going to test the primer issue and the leaking in a second but i think if i remove the inner cap it will leak like before since the cup is the same.

turbo i also posted the pic of the ce2 brothers mod wick tubing a few pages back.
and these 510's are at 2.5, way to low of ohms but ill make do.
