You're still referring to a vendor, e-liquid.cn is not a vendor, they're a supplier. They'll fix it in the next order. Suppliers can't do what vendors do. It would cost them way too much to fix everything the way a vendor does. These issues are part of the reason vendors mark up prices. They make a buck and have wiggle room for error. When a vendor gets a botched order they typically get it fixed in the next shipment by the supplier. We're dealing with a supplier, not a vendor.
And to that I can only give you a sarcastic "Of course" in return. You bought the product, you got what you bought. If you did not get what you bought, it will be taken care of from what I'm told. As bad said, they're not replacing cartos just because you didn't like them. Who's to say you'll like the R4 when it's available? I bought a bicycle seat I don't like a couple month ago. I took it out of the package, put on my bike, took the kid for a ride and decided I didn't like it. Will I take it back, no. I bought it, I got what I paid for, it's neither the fault of the store I bought it from or the manufacturer that I didn't like it. I'll just go buy another one to try out.

You're dealing with a supplier that set up to sell their products direct to the public, that should mean they treat those sales as retail, not wholesale.

this is where i agree with v1john big time, one a week is fantastic, that 4 a month, thats less then 6 bucks a month. Besides that i have gotten over and ove25 days and more out of these things I think im gonna ptb the one i use, vape it hard for a week and chuck it.
thats not to say if you take care of them and clean them every few days of heavy use that these things cant last for many weeks because they can but eventually they get to a point where a fresh one is better and its better to toss out the old one becuase of the issue you just explained with gunk thats harder to remove.
Well since it's been properly attributed I'll take the blame and say that yes, I don't think we should have been allowed to buy from the factory directly. The number of upset members of which we don't actually have a count on, should be reason enough why this shouldn't happen. I'm glad that we have that option, but really, should we? Some of us can handle it understand the situation, others obviously can't.
