I am glad I figured out the calculation, Dan, because I don't have a microsoft excel product key so I can't use that software!
Just for future reference for everyone. I'm aware not everyone is able to do this because alot of people work off their computers and what not...But if you save all pictures music or other important programs to a flash drive, you can simply give your computer the system restore to default thing, and you will get the microsot free trial if your computer came with it again...I'm in school and I gotta use access excel word and presentation like all the time...And I'm just not all that wealthy...Every 90 days or so I restoremy computer and bam, 90 day virus protection and microsoft word...I normally do it once per semester

How do you add a flavor company? I have tried adding Seedman to the drop-down master list, then also added the flavors they have at the end of the spreadsheet and saved it. It still doesn't give me a drop-down option for it.

Thanks

Just in case you did not find the answer...

You have to use the name manager...
First go to the flavor list page, unprotect it, then right click the line above TPA, select insert, type Seedmans. Now Seedmans is on the manufactures list from the PG drop down list.

Now, you have to insert the the flavors on the flavorlist, right mouse click on the first TPA flavor and select insert. Keep doing that until you have all the seemans flavors you want inserted.

Now click on the formulas tab, and click on the names manager. Slect new, type Seedmans, and click the little red arrow to the right of the refers to block. Navigate to the flavor list sheet and highlight all of the seedman flavors in column B, then hit enter. Click OK and you should now have the manufactures drop down or seedmans, and when you pull down the flavor name it should list all the seedman flavors.

Dan

ADDED:
Ok that is way more work than you want to do, I am sure. Soooooo I added Seedmans to the manufactures list and added all the seedman flavors. Just click the link in my signature to get the latest version with the seedman flavors added.
Hope that helps,
Dan

Discussion of using pure nicotine is not allowed on ECF.

If you would like to talk about 100mg/ml nicotine, then the calculator linked in this thread many times will work just great for you.

Hoosier, you are correct, for educational purposes through to dissuade those wanting to try... you can not use xxml of pure nicotine and measure it saftely. Nicotine is measured in mg not ml, the nicotine would have to be weighed to get the correct proportions. Do not attempt to handle pure nicotine, if you have to ask how then you should not even attempt this. period.

I don't know if I'm having a brain fart or I'm just plain too tired to remember where it was, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that I can enter a starting mg/ml and see what my ending mg/ml is after adding flavor? I'm planning to dilute to 12 mg before adding flavor, I just want to know what I end up with after I add my different flavors. I don't have a target mg/ml amount, just know that I want 12 or less. If there's no way to do it in the calculator, can you at least help me with what calculation I need to use?

I'm taking College Algebra and English this semester, and now I'm brain-fried lol. Sorry if this is posted somewhere, I couldn't figure out a good way to search for it.

I feel like I know you because I've read so many of your posts lol, you're a great help!

Thank you,

Christi

ETA: Never mind, I finally figured out to do it in section 4, just figure out how many ml's I put of the nic and flavoring and put 0 ml for the flavoring and it shows at the bottom.

I hope this hasn't been asked before...what am I saying, of course its been asked before lol. My eyes started to cross after about page 25 though so if it was asked after that, I apologize.

I have syringes of various sizes all the way up to 60 ml (sheep stuff). If I want to make a base liquid to add my flavorings to and I need to measure out say 20 mls of nic liquid or PG. Is a 20ml or larger syringe accurate enough for me to just use that for measuring my liquid, just suck it up with the syringe and call it good? Or do I need to be a bit more precise?

TIA

Syringe measuring is fine, I do it all the time. Just be sure you don't have an air bubble and you should be fine.
