Love it...thanks for sharing...
It actually wicks
Rayon fibers transports liquid, while cotton absorbs it. Long story short, when I began rebuilding I used silica, then Ekowool, then cotton and Japanese cotton. And I always had wicking problems in tanks. Either dry hits or flooding. Take the Fogger RTA I have. I hated building on it, since it just was a PITA, and then it would either burn or leak. Then I tried rayon. And it began to work. During the process of learning how to use rayon, I had one leak early on, but that was it. The next rebuild, it went through 50ml of eliquid without a single problem, never a dry hit and never a leak. The only reason I re-wicked was curiosity.
I also think the flavor is better than cotton or silica. For me, it just works. JeremyR showed me the way and I couldn't be happier. Because of him, I love the Fogger now, and every other RTA and dripper I use. I can go a month without having to re-wick, and when you have a dozen rba/rtas that lets me enjoy life, and my other hobbies, again.
Would that be rayon cellucotton?
Why, yes it would.
Of the 100% Rayon variety. I first picked up a small sample pack off of Ebay before investing in a large (more economical) box from Sally's Beauty Supply. I'm still using that 10ft sample from Ebay![]()
Thanks for the info...I am one who will experiment so I have that on my list of to do's!
Any type or brand that seems to work better than others?
Thanks for the reply!
I'm using Graham Cellucotton, the 44060 box.

Huge thread, but friendly, helpful posters. Just ask a question and someone will reply.
Anyone tried this build before?

I did it in my Lemo. Took some time though. I was boredMy, my...that's a badazz looking build...but it looks like the air flow might be a little tight!
But I like the looks of it!
Thanks for sharing!!
Graham CelluCotton is what most people use. You can get it at your local beauty supply store, Sally's has it by me, its like $15 for a lifetime supply (500ft).Thanks for the info...I am one who will experiment so I have that on my list of to do's!

I have experience on rebuildable atomizer over a year
with kayfun style, orchid, and some rda definitely I can manage to avoid any leaking or dry hit
already a month using this incredible lemo2 and I love it everyday I am vaping on
but still I can not avoid little leaking from the bottom airhole, very little but quite annoying....but again ok I am tolerating on it by easily cleaning it
another problem that truly annoying is the dry hit, I check the firing they often showed hot spot on the coil whatever thickness of wicking I am using, chain vaping or long draw often giving me the dry hit
any size of wire, any kind of wick, any thickness of wicking......somehow every some time the hot spot came
I am using coil diameter 2.5mm & 3mm, PG:VG 50:50, wattage 30w for 0.5 ohm and lower wattage for higher ohm
what do I miss here ?
Not sure, but check your bottom o ring. Mine never leaked on me ( even laid horizontally in the car on a really hot day for 2 hours), until today..then i saw that o ring was broken just a bit..good luck!Hey...I'm three days older than dirt...give me a break....Hahahaha...yeah..I had horizontal sent to my fingers but they have a mind of their own and so...there you go!!
Since this mornings event with the leak and clean up...which happened outside while I was walking the dog and did not really have time nor the ability to check while trying to handle my out of control pug to close look but when I got back home it was then I noticed that I was seeing a bubble released and sometimes I'd have two at the top..and that was not after a draw. Just be setting there...all alone..no draw and suddenly it burps up a bubble...nice size one...then before that one cleared another one would float to join it!! Never noticed that happening before.
Its like I have a gasket not sealing well and its allowing too much wicking and saturating the wick and down the air shaft...but...what the heck do I know?
I did not really want to do a fill until I have a better idea on what's causing it to suddenly start this leaking with so much bubbling going on!!
Any idea?

This is my first experience with any RTA and its been much better than I expected in that I had no leaks for close to three weeks until yesterday. Don't know what happened but it started acting like it had an air leak...maybe I had everything tightened down to hard and crimped one of the gaskets/seals...I rewicked last night and was careful not to overtighten...tying not to tighten more than just snug and so far I've had no leaks.
Yesterday I was getting bubbles floating up with out a draw..I'd look over and see a couple of bubbles just sitting there and the see another one rise...but not had that happen since the rewick and more careful attention to how tight I put it back together!!
But I do love it so far...just wish it was designed to allow access to the deck without dumping or have to have an empty tank!!
so it is better not to tight the tank to avoid the leaking ?
mine always had bubbles after draw, but always at one juice hole
never happen bubbles at both hole
is this incorrect wicking ?
What the?
Lemo V3 Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer
Pretty sure, that's NOT a Lemo v3 style. At least Eleaf doesn't list a v3 yet.
Sure a clone. I don't think you'd regret spending $20 on that atty. Looks pretty much like the Lemo 2.Clone....might be something worth the price!
