ha! thats hilarious!!!!!! I'm around....some days I just REALLY need to get away from the computer. It's almost winter where I live and since I don't have my own poolboy there is a lot to do around the house and yard before it starts snowing.

hey it's HARSH up here.....its amazing anyone ever made it across the Oregon Trail.....Winter starts in Oct and it can snow all the way into June.
Wish I could say we're much better, we only get a few more months, but this year there hasn't been any of the typical transitioning, went straight from summer into late fall, it's felt like more like the end of October here the past 3 weeks or so........
Yea...I grew up in the San Fernando Valley.....when I was 20 I joined the calif conservation corp and got sent up north to the MT Shasta area.....I still remember the first time I actual saw it snow.....I was standing in the middle of a forest...it was awesome.
