Lets' hope so.I would think as April approaches, these type of stories would gain momentum through media outlets?

I dont want to sound like a broken record, but this is why I would love to see the media cover our side of the story first. We are told growing up that if you are being robbed or being taken advantage of.....to KICK AND SCREAM. If our community does this and the truth is revealed maybe those doing the Robbing and Bullying will back off! I am probably being naive but these are my thoughts. I am writting media outlets at some point today. We need some positive exposure. Even if we can get the petition to be mentioned on the TV news.My primary concern is focused on the the stories and articles
which will pop-up AFTER the FDA reveals its "deeming regulations"
All those opposed to e-smoking are going to have a "Field Day"
with all the new ammunition the FDA hands them on a Silver Platter.

Speaking of a year ago... Me and my mother had our last cigaretts a year ago today!!I remember a year ago, when this thread had only a hand full of followers WE ARE THE PEOPLE!![]()

How many signatures have they got?
I think petitions are a nice thing, but not without some sort of threat or incentive to back it up. A list of names and notes just seems so impersonal and annoying unless there was something attached to it, like having something at stake if they didn't take action.
Sometimes when they push, you have to push back a little. Find a crack in the surface and exploit it. Sometimes it's not about science or fairness, so why do we have to "play fair" in a rigged game?
Love your Country ... Hate your government
Our founding fathers would roll over in their graves
if they new Americans were living under the thumb of Federal Agencies
You have absolutely nailed it.Whenever money is involved, unless certain decisions damage the reputation and their ability to generate that money in the future, money usually wins out over truth in most cases. It's a gamble.
What does the FDA have to lose by just simply passing regulations? How will the public view us and view them? Will we be vilified as crazy addicts, and they as the valiant heroes trying yo pry it out of our hands? Any kind of progress on how substances or behavior is viewed takes time, a long time.
The Founding Fathers would adapt to the modern society we live in...
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither safety nor liberty.
-Benjamin Franklin
The policy of the American government is to leave their citizens free, neither restraining nor aiding them in their pursuits.
-Thomas Jefferson
Most bad government has grown out of too much government.
-Thomas Jefferson
Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.
-George Washington
If those "Founding Fathers" made those quotes then, I would think they would still make the same quotes today. What this has to do with my post I fail to see...
