Benny boy ..I don't think that I need a week to realized that the button has problems right ? If you have one you know what I mean .... I don't have one and not planing too ..I'm happy with my GGTS mate no need of a copy !!

Like I said ...il try to buy only great mods so the 96 won't be on my list !

I don't think we should be using this as a venue to trash talk other devices. If it's a DIRECT COPY, and you can backup that claim, then I think there's some validity to bashing on it a little...
But I don't think it's right or fair to start writing off devices like the 69 and the Caravela as copies. I've said my $0.02 about the caravela, and while i'm not going to do the same with the 69, I think anyone who believes that it's a direct copy should actually do some detailed research to learn exactly how the button is engineered. From what I've seen, it's only real parallel is when the user decides to place the button at the bottom of the tube. Please fact check your stuff before making rash accusations, it'll end up benefiting everyone at the end of the day.

Sadly, me thinks, not so many GGaHolics end up buying these mods since they allready have their toys.
Not that I blame them, no point getting something new and possibly faulty if u allready have satisfying tools of vape.
Unless you roll in money, that is.

Guys, almost all (if not all) of the mods use at least one GG feature. So some of those mods are direct copies, some of them use some of the GG features, some of them made the same things but in a little different way, some of them combined all or some of the the above. The thing is that we are the leaders and thats it.

ps.... We have the best mechanical mod the last 3 years. We have the best atomizers and soon we will have the best electronic system without copying anyone. More discussion about this issue is useless if you agree.

ps2....There are 2 kind of users, the GG users and the rest of the users

I never said the button works as a GG ..infact if it did it would not have troubles already !!
And everyone has the right to express his opinion.. Specially if it's a copy esthetically or functionally of the ggts and on the GG copy thread .
I never said the caravella was a copy ..infact I agreed with you on that !
But if I held the mod and felt the button ..I have the right to mention my opinion on it and name it ..like any reviewer out there does " I'm not a reviewer and not professionally qualified as a reviewer" just like most on YouTube ...it's all opinions!

My opinion based on what I saw and felt is that the button is a bit jakkkkk and the fact that the maker had already offered spring to the owners ..well I guess i might have said something valid ,right?

Ps: this is no attack ! It's just to clarify my position on what I did say on this thread!

In spite of everything I've posted in this thread, I think it's important to take a step back and acknowledge that you really are the the one man who changed the way the entire world vapes. I don't want to take away any credit from you for your inventions, b/c frankly, I think you are a GENIUS, and I don't throw that word around lightly. I've played around with designing my own mods and attys before, but the hard truth is that I really have an incredibly difficult time coming up with ANYTHING that doesn't employ at least one of the concept that you pioneered.

But anyways, I hope that you close this thread, I think it's doing more harm than good. Everyone knows that you are the father of mechanical, big battery mods, and it's pretty much universally accepted in our community that you truly are a mechanical genius and undoubtedly the most creative inventor in the world of electronic cigarettes!

Imeo do you think the rest of the users might be GG users if the supply ever came close to meeting the demand?I cant even get the supplier here in the USA to answer any messages let alone get on a list. I wont buy a copy of anything you make, if im doomed to never have a GGTS so be it. In the meantime i will just try and get by with those inferior apvs made here in America.

Imeo i know you produce all you can if you made 20,000 ggts a month it still wouldnt be enough thats the problem with great products like yours every body wants at least 5 each.

Thank you pouder for your nice words. But as you see China doesnt make the products I like. They cant even copy Ody in the right way. Imagine me to send them a whole GG production.

I know that there are serious factories in China but you have to go there to see what and how they will make what you need. Via pms the situation will be out of control for sure.

I think what you did with the Penelope was good. You put your symbol on her. You should do the same now with everything you make. The vultures are coming in and all your designs will be copied very soon.
Already there is a co-op going on that members started today and they'll have your Ody's selling at $20 each. (China)

I understand you wanting to just make for your friends and such but you need to etch in your logo. This will be the trademark of the craftsmanship thats gone into each and every GG product. In the future your logo will stand for itself.

History is being made here.. so for everyone that puts their faith in your products and for everyone thats lucky enough to obtain a GG product need to have that symbol of craftsmanship.

This is just my opinion because thousands of people will go for an Ody knock off and if it works they'll be pleased. China will keep on copying until they nail it. If it makes money they'll copy it down to a T. I highly doubt they'd etch in your trademark GG or wings. After all they aren't trying to kid anybody. It's not the real deal and they don't care about that. It's just money for them.

I just saw there was a co-op for a 'ggts clone' -- wth is wrong with this place, just saying something is a copy is distasteful enough, calling it a clone without any forum backlash seems, I don't know, chickencrap..........and the damned things should be called imitations at best, the use of copy and clone is a misnomer and, in fact, untrue in every single instance....

Well I felt the same but thinking about it this will never effect GG .. Why well ODY is something that has been updated with Ithaka now so no worries there and the ggts copy says it all right
