Completed a mini project today with a little carelessness on my part. Decided to brush my polished tube of my Spheroid to match my brushed SS v3 and X.

Purchased the PnB adapter which is makes this job VERY easy.

Because I only wanted to brush the tube, I covered the base with electric tape which attaches to the female part of the PnB adapter. I made sure that there was no tape covering the tube when I screwed it on.

I then connected it to my dremel, which turned out to be my mistake. If you have a drill, use it..I ended up warping and bending my PnB adapter, I'm assuming from the centripetal force when I went at a faster speed. I know I should have taken the advice chad and idaho gave me, but did not think it was absolutely necessary and also because I did not have my drill with me. So please if you are going to use a dremel with the PnB adapter, only use at low speeds and do not apply too much force on the atty or mod you are polishing/brushing.

I started from 2000 grit paper all the way to 600 grit so I could slowly find the exact look I wanted.

Overall I am very pleased with the results. I plan to re-brush the tube with a drill for a more consistent look and feel

Yup - I saw. Trying to decide if;

I want it bad enough to pay the price increase.

And, trying to decide if I can afford it currently.

Thank you for making sure I am aware though :)

I ordered one Saturday, for myself this time. The wife took the first one. :) Did the price increase?

Hey Girly!
Hmmmm. I have wicked 11 atomizers and haven't made a dent in 1/2 sheet. I suspect it depends on coi and wick size
My spheroidsssssa wicks are .5 inches x 2 or 3 mm on a micro. But, my Taifuns are much more fat.
I'll take some measurements tonight.
This cotton is a game changer for me. So easy to adjust the size if your cutting to big.
All the strands in one direction? Get Back!
There is no reason to roll this cotton either. Plug and play.

Even blew the dust off one of the Kayfun L+ to wick on top of an X

Idaho I borrowed this pic the other night to give some folks in another forum a look at what they should be aiming for. Most (even myself at one time) was having a lot of trouble with the KFL. I did credit you for the pic.

Looks good Gunny! I still haven't gotten around to using the PnB tool.

What drip tip is that?

Thanks! Please heed my warning about using the dremel when you do decide to use it. I would just go with drill.

Purchased the drip tip on eBay. It's a really sturdy drip tip with a small bore, which I like. Can't seem the find the original posting but here is an identical one http://www.ebay.com/itm/281319506028?redirect=mobile. Pretty cheap for a custom Pyrex drip tip

Perhaps I am wrong? I've got it in my head that they were closer to the $100 mark at first? Can anyone say for sure? Am I imagining a price increase, or just confusing myself more?
