The SV is a FUN bike! A buddy of mine had one a few years ago and I rode it a handful of times. I am a Ducati guy myself. Used to have a Ducati Monster S4......that bike was also fun!! I sure do miss it....I will own another at some point, I have no doubt... :)
Dude! I wanted a Duc so bad but my excuse for buying the bike was "it'll save a ton on gas honey!" I commute 110 mile a day and put almost 50k miles on the three bikes in under 3 years. There's no way in hell I could have afforded the maintenance on a Ducati.
There is NOTHING like the sound of a Duc engine *drools*

Got my Spheroid up & running! AND I think I set it up right the first time!! I did 4/5 wraps of 30ga around 2mm Silica and used approx. 3/4 x 2 inches of fluff.....it seems to be vaping very nicely I must say!! I am vaping Suicide Bunny Mother's Milk out of it and the flavor is excellent!! I am definitely impressed by the Spheroid!! :)

Excuse the goofy looking drip tip....it's the first one I saw so that's what I'm using for the time being!! haha

I haven't totally redone the fluff tonight like I said I would but the tweaks earlier so far are working great. Been hitting this thing all night and no dry hits.
Glad you got yours set up so quickly!

Perseas, with the X Ti, or maybe future X purchases, would it be possible to choose whether to have an X ring or AFC ring? Also a single or double holster? Just a suggestion that I'm throwing out there.

I'm guessing that the GP Paps X TI comes with a polished SS AFC and X ring, but I could definitely be wrong.

Well that's the thing....I tried to teach myself how to adjust the valves on the 916 Engine, but it was something that was better left to the dealer TBH.....I ended up selling it because I couldn't afford the upkeep either... :(

I think my next bike will be some sort of cruiser....something that's bit easier (on me and on my wallet!) to work on... :)

Ok, let's talk about the holster's a sec.
At first I was kinda disappointed when I saw the pictures of which holster came with which Paps. I got the Lux 3 and thought, eh, I get the little one with no cover... bummer. However after actually getting it I absolutely love this thing! It's now EDC and yes, even my GG fits in it really nicely. I swear I only tested it though as the holster is reserved for me Papses. I've been looking around for a nice holster ever since I started vaping and this is it!
I got a chance weekend before last to see Pickleweasle's double pouch from the X Lux and while it was really nice to hold mods, it's a bit too big for me and not something I'd really wear.
Wouldn't mind one with the cover for outdoorsy type stuff but the basic one is definitely the one that would and does see every day use.

Totally agree! I did a small 3k benefit walk for Hemophilia (wife's friend's son has it) this past weekend, and it really came in handy during the walk! I have been using it every day since!! :)

I went cruiser to sport and back to cruiser. While I loved the SV in the twisties...OMG did I love the SV in the twisties, the monkey humping a football position for 2.5 hours a day was NOT fun!!!
Not to mention, power corrupts and I was getting a little to confident and complacent. Also stress of commuting was making me more aggressive. I kinda needed to get off it before I ended up hurt. It was nothing to get it into triple digits on one of the roads and I needed to stop. 100+ on a sport bike feels like nothing, 100+ on a cruiser...hold the .... on! :D

Ok. So I finally got around watching Scott's review on the Heron. I love Scott's reviews. I always rate his at the top of all reviewers. No nonsense, right to the point, no farting around. Having a good time is great, but sometimes I just want to get to the Meat and Potatoes. But this "fluff less" setup is really getting to me. Should people experiment? Why not, but as I have mentioned before, understand the risks. And Scott pointed out "wish it was threaded". That's a risk. When you have a bottle that's open top and just the cap, with no nipple (yes, I said NIPPLE DAMNIT), and the cap loosens a tiny amount, you can get juice in your pocket. Keep the nipple. Same here. But what really confused me is he USUALLY sets up the reviews as the "modder intended". I've been around long enough to know that Perseas didn't say "It can be setup WITH fluff, OR WITHOUT fluff". Set it up the way it was intended for the purposes of the review. Then go make a second review of a "bonus setup, not endorsed by the modder". Personally, I'm not saying don't go without fluff....just don't blame it on the threads.

Ok. Rant over. Sorry - I had to.

Yeah man, I'm surprised I didn't get myself in more trouble on the Duc....I mean the thing would wheelie in 3rd gear with a little blip of the clutch!! Not a good thing for a guy in his 20's who thinks he's indestructible....Now that I'm 35 and MARRIED (key word there :) ), I think a cruiser would be much more my speed....Some day when I have a few extra $$ maybe I'll look into it...

Yeah I too usually like Scott's reviewing style....straight and to the point....much more my speed than the rip trippers crowd....
