Don't get me wrong, the Kayfun is a nice RBA, but the Heron/Spheroid are a far better experience, for me. It has an easy wick build (easier than the KFL) with a huge carto style tank system.
Easy to build, Easy to fill. No leaks.
It somehow manages the juice in a way where it tastes better and last longer between fills. It is built like a tank and the looks, ...Oh man...

I don't agree with the "huge carto style tank system" bit though. In a carto, the taste of the juice is a bit off because the coil is right in the middle of the filler material, so, I think the off taste comes from the coil heating the actual filler material. Although some cartos are made somewhat differently and for them this may not be the case. I'm only saying that the Heron/Spheroid gives off a much cleaner taste than a carto does, so, it's usually compared to a dripper

This is the 22mm version of the extremely popular and successful GP-Spheroid. Perseas, George and Miro (the trio making Vapour Art) were in discussion with us since ages to develop this version of the Spheroid. It is thus designed to setup EXACTLY as the Spheroid. The Chamber-Lid has been just added to hold cotton wicks in place, would've been there in the Spheroid also if Microcoil & Cotton were there during it's time of design.
The Spheroid / Heron are NOT just another Atty, a K'fun / T'fun take. We have many like those. The Spheroid / Heron are UNIQUE ~ they are designed to offer the best flavours AND hold juice "within" during the most adverse situations of life - including the vagaries of Altitude (thus air-pressure) Changes. This is the USP of these two devices. And we cannot rob that out of them.

Well, after using my spheroid all of last night and this morning, I am happy to report that it is still vaping excellent! The flavor and vapor production are spot on, and I am actually liking the draw! I am used to a looser draw with some of my RDA's, but the Spheroid's draw is juuust right IMO......A bit on the tight side, but that's totally OK with me.....I am now going to be looking for a second Spheroid due to the fact that I love this one so much! A Heron would also be nice too though...
I just had one question. I noticed that I had to refill the Spheroid pretty quickly last night. I think it was JR (I could be wrong) who said that his Spheroid seems to hold liquid up at the top of the fluff, not allowing it to seep down onto the wick. I suspect that mine may be doing the same thing. I would imagine the fix for this is to use slightly less fluff? Maybe I used too much....
If that's all that's wrong with my setup though, I am one happy camper (that's a very minor issue)......otherwise, it's vaping wonderfully!
Thanks man, I like it in here. Out in the general population between the constant talk/promotion of clones/counterfeits and the rip tripper fanbois who've been vaping for 2 weeks going from Egos to trying to build .2 to chuck mad vapor just makes my head want to explode.
