I agree with you...for me, it's the Paps V3 (18500 tube) and then my 2 lux
It was hard for me to put down the v2 button but when I started the habit of changing the battery from the bottom, the v3 button rocked my world.

The 22mm Paps line was always my favorite... until I got a Paps X. I like the heft, surprisingly I like that it's 23mm, and I prefer the button style to a recessed button as I like to use my palm to depress bottom button mods. The 22mm Paps line will always have a special place in my heart, but I think that the Paps X is just fantastic and the best mods in my humble collection.

It's amazing to me that the "our personal GP favorites" gets talked about so much. I like the objective reads. It's awesome to have so many GP choices to have many favorites for different reasons for all of us.
It has to make the GP Team and King P proud to read as there are few if any that can accomplish this.

Heron Love, Idaho. Heron love. I should get the 510 adapter in Monday. Somehow I know I may be a little disappointed using the Herons on other mods. They may not perform as good as they do on my GP mods. I love the looks and the performance of both my Paps and Paps X. I have not found a switch that performs as well as my Paps X. Looks, Build Quality, and Performance. My GP gear is the best I have, IMHO.

This is how I spent a bit of my time alone today. Polished and brushed a bit of GP today to get it all cleaned up. These Spheroids had Microstick fever, some needed new o-rings, this Piccolo tube needed a polish and a good cleaning. Especially the switch!
Perseas when I look at this switch it hit me how you brought some of the mechanics of the Piccolo switch forward into the X. I never realized it. Granted this is the older Pic switch also.
I am not sure why I did not put the 2 together.
I also polished a couple of 2.5 tops and brushed a 2.0 tube(not shown....using :))
Anyway the picture isn't the best but, more of a reminder how useful the GnP tool is for quick cleanups or full get down on your knees and testify polishes!

This is only the second or third time I've seen anyone refer to using their palm to fire the X. Is it something in the way the button is configured as to why the X is better for palm-firing? Does it feel more natural to do this, rather than with a finger? (If my question isn't articulated well it's because I am still working on my first cup of coffee.)

I find palm-firing to be a perfect way to stabilise a sideways handling of the X near your mouth during vaping, especially driving in a bumpy road, or being in a small boat with 11+ knots wind speed :)

Hi P,

Γειά σου φίλε μου.

Just wanted to let you know, after spending a full couple of days with the new Heron, I must say it's wonderful! Its' everything I love about the Spheroid, but more! Call me crazy, but it seems I am tasting flavors in my juice that I did not notice before. And the adjustable airflow is fantastic!

I now understand why Bill and others have more than one of these beauties!

Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Hope my Greek is correct. I went to the Greek Festival Friday night here in San Diego and was inspired! Best desserts I've ever had. Apparently, there is a large Greek community here, which I did not know. The adorable little old lady, who insisted upon loading my plate up with more and more food said they moved here because the climate reminded them of home!

Thank you very much!

The climate is indeed a part of our very nature as persons and as people, and this is true for every country and its residents. I've travelled Europe, Africa and South America and I found the same thing to happen regarding the local kitchen and language as well. We are movable plants of a certain land and we carry our properties blending them with new elements when we can, otherwise we search for similar environment to thrive.

Hmm .. after a couple PMs, maybe I need to clarify this was meant in good humor, just having a little fun with yankee after the 'battle' references, lol. Of course he wouldn't kick anyone off the bench. Tongue in cheek, folks. Apologies if that wasn't understood.

Carry on!

I took this as all completely in good fun. I sure hope that's all that this all is intended to do. :)
