Edit: I first noticed the nicotine delivery efficiency when I got my Spheroid, but this Heron takes it up a notch.

I agree. I started vaping at 24mg when I was using carto tanks & clearomizers and stuff, but when I got into dripping I dropped down to 12mg. I now fluctuate between 6 & 12mg depending on my mood. I'll tell you something though, the Heron is VERY efficient at delivering nicotine, so I am vaping 6mg out of it right now.....

This talk about dropping nic levels is encouraging.

I started at 32mg and am now at 18mg. 18mg seems to be my security blanket but I'm hoping to finally break free from that level. And I drip avidly.

I put off trying anything below 18mg for the longest time. Even when I started dripping, I still dripped 18mg.

My first foray into the world of subohm coils showed me just how little nicotine will do the trick. My first subohm coil was what a first SO coil SHOULD be.. a .85ohm. And even at the high of a resistance, 18mg TORE ME A NEW ONE. I went RIGHT to 12 and never looked back.

As I dropped lower in resistance, and landed where Ive been for a while now, .3ohm or so, its been 6mg all day every day. I can do up to 9mg without it being unpleasant, and I always have some 12mg if Im in the mood for a nic booster. But all day vape is 6mg.

If you dont want to subohm, thats fine, you can still try dropping nic levels. Subohm is FAR from the only reason to try.. or the only way to vape for that matter. Do you.

Hmm .. after a couple PMs, maybe I need to clarify this was meant in good humor, just having a little fun with yankee after the 'battle' references, lol. Of course he wouldn't kick anyone off the bench. Tongue in cheek, folks. Apologies if that wasn't understood.

    Carry on!

Buddy, I laughed so hard at your picture. I love your humor! Keep it up. People need to learn to laugh! I guarantee Bro Fro loved it also!

Happy Fathers Day to all! I hope the best for all Today!

    Happy Fathers Day fathers.

My son and I don't celebrate holidays together anymore in the nomal sense, so will not see each other today. His businesses keep him so busy he usually doesn't have time. As the only family I have left I see no point in celebrating any of them alone. But we have laid plans to get together at his house next weekend for a BBQ and to spend the whole day together.

A followup for ACE (and GPFA for others)... I heard from Grant today. He's been away, but will be posting a two week advanced notification on his website soon when the next GVC sale date will be.

Thanks spydro!! Appreciate that!! Happy Father's Day by the way

Is that the same "tough" looking man in front of his motorcycle ? Such a contrast how the love of his little girl changes the serious tuffman face to a sweet happy , sappy face :)

LOL. The motorcycle pose was something my wife cooked up. I could not hold it for long.

Thank you, Sedge. All of us fathers know this joy. Its good to be reminded of the best times on earth.

Bill that is awesome.... have to admit Father's Day has been rough on me. Spent the afternoon with my mom and had a great time that always helps.

I know what you mean, Iowa. April and I took a moment for our dads today. My dad was always bigger than life, even when I was in my forties, I knew he could pick me up with one hand and carry me to safety. I lost my goto guy when he passed. April reminded me that I was now the goto guy for my wonderful daughters. Somehow that helps through the times when I need him most. He was always gentle with us. I remember getting into trouble pretty often growing up, and the only time I was punished was when I followed someone else into trouble or I repeated the same mishap twice. He taught me there is good in everyone even if we could not see it.
My youngest told us today that a friend at school told her the following: "I believe that you can live forever. You only die when people stop talking about you". She told us this after hearing April and I talking about our dads.
