I wasn't on the bench, but if you folks want some competition I guess I could get on the bench... ;)

I just sold some stuff from another hobby of mine, so I am wondering if I should get on the bench....then again, maybe I won't tell anyone I'm on the bench...As Yankee says, it's a the quiet ones you have to look out for!! :p

Nah. You just stay back. :)

You really want to get me in trouble I see. Oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound! Can't decide which one is better.

As much as it pains me to say this...Get on the bench bro!
This sucker is solid feeling! I can't wait to feel what the Ti feels like.
When they said here that you need an X in your life, they weren't kidding. I was all like "umm yeah, I'm happy with my 2.5 or v3. I don't need no stinkin X". They were right, I was wrong.
If I do miss out on the Ti then I'm thinking an SS X or even a second Lux :D
But no negative thoughts here...
P. just go ahead and reserve Ti #66 or #77 for me please :D

This whole 'bench' thing, makes me smile. It reminds me of some great times..

In my life, I did many things to make money. One being, buying and selling at auctions. When I was very young, it was used cars. Later, starting during a construction boom, I dealt in heavy equipment. Pre-auction, the equipment would be available for inspection. All of us would be there, checking out the equipment. But, we would also be checking out our competition. Over time, you get to know the 'players'. You know who they are, what they do, who they supply, what 'buyer' they may have for the item, what 'contract' the item may be needed for, and how they play the game. Based on the 'players', you have a pretty good idea of how high you are going to have to bid, if you intend on acquiring that item. Over time, you end up being good friends with most of the 'players'. If a 'player' is purchasing due to a need for their own business, and not for resale, most of us would back down. Other than that, at auction time.. You compete with them.. Sometimes you win.. Sometimes they win.. It was all good. Even if you were in on the bid, you rooted and celebrated for your friends. We all had the thrill of the game! What fun it was!

There are no 'heavy equipment' auctions here. On occasion, I still do it, but not in person. I 'preview' and 'pick' the best I can, on the internet. An old partner at home, does all the work(has all the fun). He loves it. I miss being on the bench, with my friends. :)

I just got a call from the DHL delivery driver making sure that I would be home to receive my package. Now that's some service.

No call, but my order is out for delivery also. I ordered this on Friday, and it's being delivered on Monday, from the other side of the planet. I don't even get stuff from LA this quick.
