I use kick2 and Provari, especially the moment I feel too lazy to change my coils, (after many dry burnings go up to 2Ω), so it is an easy solution

Oh yeah, I love my Provari and my Nivel chip mods and I use them quite a bit, they're the best in class when it comes to regulated vaping. However , ever since I got my PAPS X I seem to use them less and less. I just think the vape you get straight off the battery on a nice mech is better for me.

Oh gotcha gotcha - my mistake. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll try it both ways but will probably just do what you do and not use it, at least most of the time.

Well I just placed my order. Got my PapsX v1.5, a polished ring, and a kick v2. Now I've got to pick up some new batteries. I just caught a glimpse of these.

22 Amps Ultra High Drain 18650 Orbtronic SX22 battery li-ion cell

Has anyone tried them? I've been using Orbtronic (unprotected) 2900mah batteries for a long time and prefer them over the AW's, at least in my Provari's. Not sure how safe the ultra high drain would be though or what you guys like in your Paps (minus the kick lol).

Havnt seen much on them , I know that a few of us use and love the Sony VTC4 30amp batteries. I vaped a .4 ohm coil for four hours with one yesterday and it was still at 3.8 volts, just crazy.

well, hell I got my paps 2.5 from the classifieds today and I can't get it to fire.
what am I doing wrong?

EDITED TO ADD: I am not getting a connection somewhere and I don't know what to adjust or how.

It was very strange using Paypal. I have only used it a couple of times. It was also very strange buying in Euros. I never did that before. I didn't bother doing a conversion first. So, it was a little surprise at the end, to see how much money I spent. Fun! It was actually less than I had thought. Cool!

I would suggest maybe hopping on YouTube and watching a review for the PAPS 2.5 or PAPS Lux to familiarize yourself with the mod.

Have any rattle when you shake? You may need to adjust the telescopic pin on the inside of the top cap.

I switched to the 350 and FINALY found a AW battery that doesn't rattle and it is working great.
DAMN batteries!

I already have 2 SnP tanks; yesterday, my brushed Spheroid arrived; late next week I'll have my Paps X, which will be my 1st GP mod.

I'm a happy camper.

I think I will be having a few provaris for sale in the classifieds. Trim back the herd, so to speak.
I have way to many Provaris that I won't be using now.
