Well, it's taken me a couple of days fiddling with different coil builds and amounts of fluff to figure my Heron out. It was either dry hits or gurgling really bad. I filled the tank about 10 this morning and just now filled it again (11pm) even though I probably didn't have to. Pretty awesome!

Can't believe I got my heron more than a day ago and haven't had a chance to even open the package and admire it. Tmrw is the day. Setting my alarm for early to dig into it :)
I have done this many times. It's no big deal, I have to have the right time and setting for new setups.
Someone on CV had asked if anyone could confirm or deny that a GP Paps v2.5 LUX tube would work with the v3 switch and top cap, so I was able to offer visual evidence:

It offers exceptional battery venting.
Great pictures as always.

I feel you man... both my vapemail packages are coming usps. they say expected delivery is today but no status update saying it has even hit Hawaii ... nail biting ...
Have faith my good buddy. Tomorrow! I haven't even checked the tracking, no need :)

Haha, you're 100% right about that.

I hated beer for most of my life but then about six years ago I forced myself to like it. Now all I want to do is try every beer I can. I love it like people love a good wine. That being said I'm attempting to cut it to two days week, but today was long day so there's that.

For those interested here's the voltage drop test results for the V3 in both SS 18500 and LUX 18350 modes. If you'd like more details about how these tests are performed use the link below.
Mod Voltage Test Setup

A few of us are very familiar with the Kuro and his spare time. If you are unfamiliar with testing and how to, please learn and test for yourself. Honestly, I would not of posted that as without your own testing results. I have rarely test drops on my GP and did a month ago for my own satisfaction while discussing with Perseas. I have significantly different results with and without the GPin. There was no change.
This is all I am going to say as it is not a discussion I wish to carry on for 2 days. :)

Hi there...

Here's my first post (after "New members forum) on ECF with three special players.

From left to right: Nikos Galis (playmaker), Panagiotis Giannakis (shooting guard) and Panagiotis Fasoulas (center).

Now I can sit in my rockin' chair peacefully listening Cowboy Junkies and let Perseas to figure out some dripper for me.

PS Perseas, thanks for GP drip tip o'rings.

I know, I said I was going to lock myself away in a room until my stuff arrives but I was "wandering" and saw this ...

Omnidapter

It has no descriptions but doesn't it look strangely like a GPin?

It seems like a floating positive post with a single pogo pin. Technically GPin is a threaded positive post with a double pogo pin. Same idea in different implementation.

Just ordered my first bottle of GVC king P...along with some springs because tonight was just not my night for owning mods....

Haha, it may happen to all of us, but GVC is highly addictive, you have been warned :D

On a serious note, what happened? By the way, I putted in some fluff you forgot to order, as a gift.
You can use the cheaper shipping method if you like, just say it and I'll fix it.

I'm ok with the shipping, I like fast :) and thank you so much for the fluff!

Long story short:
I dropped my V3/Heron in a 10 barrel tub of water/chemical (roughly 42 gallons in a barrel) to start off the night. Retrieved it and cleaned it up best I could in the field. So I start vaping on my Piccolo, button explodes on and and lost the spring. Just wasn't my night.

I see, when it starts it becomes Murphy's law, anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

Absolute Tragedy!

If you didn't reach for the stinkies, it was a win for sure!

JKuro's unbiased tests confirm what we thought as needed to be done, when we redesigned the GP PAPS v2.5 switch. If anyone wants a perfect conductivity, he may search for a full copper mod made with knowledge (copper alone isn't enough), direct contact of battery's positive pole with the atomizer, and he must be aware of what does this mean in terms of operation, safety, maintenance and use with certain batteries. Every mod has it own pros and cons, according to what each maker putted as his priority, in the first place.
