Order 16304, in leipzig as well. Kinda wonder what the lowest order is, as mine took about 7 minutes with hiccups. Bought a SS v3 last vapourday...and am in love with it...so in love i bought another exactly like it. The lux v3 is pretty stunning, almost wanted to get one but ive never liked patina on any of my older mods. Maybe a heron next vapourday if i manage to save a dime =D

Received the SS PAPS X/Heron package tonight bought off the classies. Pretty impressive, both of them. Gent forgot to include the GP Fluff he offered, and since I didn't order any from VA it'll be awhile before I can put it into use. 0

So I'm doing a concert on the Piccolo 3.1 tonight instead. ;)
Hey buddy, I have 4-6 nw sheets of v2left from Perseas to mail to the GP fam. I would be very happy to get it to the post right away. Please pm your address.
Illus, check your mail tomorrow brother.

Hello Ezz!
In terms of flavor the Heron is spot on. The coil and wick setups are endless as well.
Being familiar with high genesis, the two are different animals and tough to compare.
If I had to pick, I'm on the Heron team due to the versatility. GP started the use of fluff in the vaping arena and many have followed their lead.
Don't get me wrong as I respect Matt's genesis creations much but, honestly the form factor, ease of maintenance, no leaking, looks, engineering have set it apart for me. We will always own at least one Doodlebug but, it is not in our daily rotation as the Heron.
But again, completely different atomizers my friend. I think 9ballAJ would be another to answer the direct question as well as the other high end genny users(just unsure if they own RSM) - VapinjamminBill and MsAwrsomeAkdare.
A Heron and Spheroid is a must have in your collection. Good Luck and feel free to hang out anytime.

Thanks for the reply Idaho! I'd agree have to agree in terms of easy use, I was looking at the Myura and that thing looks like a nightmare to build on/maintain. I might just end up going with the heron next vapourday, I just would like more input.

I've got 16297, think I was a bit faster on the f5ing, lol

You may have been faster--who knows. It took a while before everything stabilized once coming back online so no amount (for me anyway) of F5'g was doing me any good.

Ezzaron...Idaho was right...I am awesome...but I've never been into gennys...too fiddly.

I have recently decided to narrow my attys to 3 types. The Kayfun Lite +, the Heron, and the Spheroid. In addition to (mostly) GP PAPS tube mods, I have several epipes. The Spheroid is the perfect atty for a pipe.

The GP attys are easy to build, easy to maintain, and a joy to vape...wonderful richness to the vape...

Gotta get ya at least one...of each...

No
LTTP but on the DJ chat but I Nu-Mark's 'Playing with Toys' stuff really impresses me. I don't listen to any rap or hip-hop past 1993 or so and no electronic stuff at all , but Nu-Mark's stuff is seriously awesome.

Nu-mark is awesome but so is cut chemist, mix master mike who is one of my favorites but also dj qbert. Was really into qbert way before the masses realized his expertise and skill. Damn that man can scratch a record and a true turntablist. He has a ton of videos on youtube and each one just gets better then the last. That rubber band move is a new one on me. Love the ingenuity and creativity that a dj must have to keep a crowds attention.

If you've never heard them check out a group called The Ugly Ducklings , amazing stuff. It's on Spotify.

Awesome! Thanks for your input, makes me want to get a heron the next vapourday! I don't know how I feel about the spheroid, only because the size makes it look weird on most mods (for me at least).

I definitely will and maybe it will help me to find the motivation to try and free up some space to bust these babies out. uploadfromtaptalk1400738477347.jpg

Ahhh thanks P! Now to get in touch with the person I bought my SS Paps 2.5 from.
If they don't get in touch with you is there a way for new owners to provide info showing we purchased legitimately? Link to classy post? PP receipt?

For us, the meaning of the serial numbers is to know when and to whom something was sold. We keep a data base with the serial numbers of the mods we sold from our store and the names of the persons who bought them. We have asked initially from our first reseller in Europe to keep a record too, but after some months he could't keep up with it, so we just know the serial numbers of the batch we send to our resellers.
We have only 2 resellers at the moment who sell worldwide and one reason is to control where our mods can be bought.
Generally we are not strict with our policies, but when a need comes to prove the ownership, this is the only way we accept the legitimate ownership: an email confirmation from the first owner about the second owner and the same to be confirmed for the third owner by the second, etc.

So basically if the first owner doesn't make contact the new owner is screwed?

Not necessarily, but when someone buys a GP mod, he has to agree with our ToS, which refers to our policy regarding support, facilitating the person who is the next owner, by confirming to us the transference of the ownership. The only thing he has to do is to send an email. It is very simple. We have extended our support to second and third owner without having any obligation to do so. Therefore, it is fair for all to ensure that the whole story doesn't include stolen goods.

There's a tutorial for a "fluff-less" build on the tips and tricks thread in pretty sure. Its what I used most of the time with my Heron. You could give it a go until you can get some fluff :)

I had great results with it.

..Sent from the vape lair..

Thank you for the great suggestion. I need to check out all the posts in that thread.

It's a little overwhelming diving into so much new gear "to me" all at once, trying to play catch up on all the info on VaporArts web site, all the video's, all the threads on ECF, etc to learn the differences between models, the how-to's, the what have and have not's. But I'm weeding through it all, making notes, bookmarking, saving some as doc files, etc. ;)

Order 16369 in LEIPZIG - GERMANY.
Order 16826 not shipped yet.

This just means I get to have anxiety waiting for DHL twice. :)

No shipping notification for 16521 yet, but I have no anxiety waiting for it. My pre Vapor Day order was processed and received lightning fast, so I know the good folks at Vapor Art will get them out in record time considering the onslaught of orders they have to process after the big day.
