OK, uneducated question time. Every place I've found that sells SnC or PnC has different terminology, confusing descriptions, brand names, etc. So I don't know which size/weight or whatever to buy to try.

Never had any trouble figuring out all the gauges of Kanthal, ribbon and SS mesh; sizes of silica, organic cotton balls, KDG. But yarns! I built my ex a traditional Navajo rug loom after she spent a month in Sedona being taught by Navajo ladies how to weave their rugs, and was with her when she bought natural yarns for them many times. But they didn't always require a specific size so I never paid much attention to yarn terminology beyond if they were natural/plant dyed or not and what animal, etc the yarn came from.

How about some leads to what exactly you folks buy and where please?

Thanks.

Rug on loom in this picture is a Two Grey Hills (I have an old one made by the Navajo's in my collection).

Hey guys,

Do any of you know if or when there will be a new piccolo v4? And also, any sales updates on a new batch of spheroids?

Anavidfan is correct, spheroids will be available in about 9.5 hours. Perseas has said the piccolo is on hold until later in year due to other projects like the X Ti.

Hi Perseas,

FWIW, I don't know how important the production of VapourArt holsters is to you, as far as priority, but having tried the single with my Paps v3 - and liking it - I'd like to offer my personal suggestions.

Construction is GREAT. 1000 denier Cordura is solid (if heavyweight) and I have several pouches, holsters, and packs built from the stuff. The only thing I would change is the belt loop. I'm not the biggest fan of a loop that I have to remove my belt to use. And since I generally use 1 - 1.5" belts actual use of the holster and removing/replacing of my Paps tends involves a lot of movement - although I bet it would be awesome on my 2" pistol belt.

I'd like to see something that can be put on without removing the belt, like a clip of some sort or a loop closed with a snap or hook and loop fastener. The hook and loop fastener would also have the additional benefit of being somewhat adjustable for belt size. A clip would let me put it on things other than just my belt, as well.

If you really wanted to get fancy-schmancy, sewing some 1" webbing in the back would allow for a wide range of attachment methods... like clip/belt types, MOLLE, or A.L.I.C.E. clips, etc. =)

Thank you very much for the suggestion, it's noted.

Perseas, any plans for a Greek organic cotton? Washed in the Aegean Sea, by hand, by Karolos Papoulias and yourself personally? $25 for a nice pad size?

I prefer Koh Gen Do :)

Perseas, do you think you will ever bring out , or did you ever have, X 1.5 in a darkish media blasted/ satin finish? I think it would look beautiful.

We haven't any plans for a darker finish, at least not yet :)

Hey guys,

Do any of you know if or when there will be a new piccolo v4?

I'm not going to get off that easy here if the fingers do the walking fast enough. List is not set in stone yet, but it'll probably be another fairly eventful Vapor Day depending on how many Herons get plugged in with the other stuff. I want 4-5 more, eventually. Not all this time though because I am keeping in mind a GVC batch is coming soon and I hope to score a serious supply of it this time, maybe a...
