Hi Guys,
you all know I am a great promoter of David Yang and his products, for good reason, they are good.

But even I can have a problem too,
so to be fair, I'll tell you the bad as well,--

after David's recent family tradgedy,
I received my package with a couple of bits missing.....
after attending the funeral of his beloved Grandmother,
we can forgive him being a bit off for a day or two,.....
all is right, package on the way same day as missing reported.

so as always, excellent service,

I just recieved my order in 7 days, recieved it today!! I just place another order last night with David Yang. He has supurb communication and quality products. This is not an advertisment, just facts.
7 days! :shock: took almost that long just to get the tracking on my order, and its almost 48 hours and the tracking number is still bringing up "NO INFORMATION" :mad:
 
Ya.. I am a little confused.

After reading such great reviews I placed an order in the wee hours Wed morning and the reply said they would send email once it has been shipped. Still no email - I even sent a email to him this morning to see if it had shipped and what the tracking number was - still no reply. I am getting a little worried as it was $200+ order.

I am sure it will take a bit once shipped to get here, but I would have thought it would have at least shipped in 2 days. The website still stays processing. Very odd. I am trying not to panic as he seems like a great guy. I will try to catch him on the live support this evening / tomorrow morning.

Has anyone else ordered from him in the last 2 days - and if so - have you got your "its been shipped" email?

I'm in the "took a week to ship" group. Seems it either goes right out, or there's a week or so delay. So if you're made your first order and haven't heard anything, don't worry for a week or so.

My current order is on its third day of "processing" so we'll see. Could be ordering hardware and juice at same time is a problem? Both my orders contained some of each.
 
Mine was just juice. I had even asked ahead of time if it would be better from a customes standpoint to not mix juice and hardware, and he said there was no problem mixing. But I opted to just do the juice for now and some hardware in a bit.

That is odd that some seem to ship out immediatly with email follow up and others sit.

Oh well, I have juice so I am not gonna go juice-less. But I did just place a $50 Lorane flavors order so that I could make my own and was hoping to get both orders in about a week.
 
Ok I got my "dispatched" email with tracking number this morning. Phew!

Someone checked with him and it sounds like they have gotten hammered with orders so I would say just be patient. My guess is that with all the news of non shipping thru HK and its effects on the US suppliers, lots of folks have placed orders with him in the last few days as his smaller orders dont go thru HK.

I think you may be right. Didin't think of this before. My order with Absolutelyecigs is taking an unprecedented 3-4 days to ship. Looks like US suppliers might be hit quite badly with this.

I don't know if this is good for Chinese manufacturers. They may gain in retail sales but that might not be able to cover their losses in bulk sales.

Well, I finally received my order from ecigarettmall.com, 33 days after I first ordered it. Unfortunately, It did not include the bonus EM-901 that David said he would give me as an apology for the shipping delay. I have what I paid for now, and I will not be ordering from David again. I'll post a more detailed review thread soon.
