btw H.E. is hi efficiency ( for the detergent) since the machine uses less water etc it suds up a bit less and is easier to rinse out of the clothes in the "less water" rinse stage .... sounds like weaker soap to me

While waiting for my order of my HHV favorites, I decided to try a sample of Huntsman I've had for awhile. I haven't liked it before but this time it's yummy. Smooth and creamy, like the first time I tried Gaia in a sample. Very nice.

Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen. The annual Opera Ball went very well. Got in a panic at the last minute deciding against the dress I thought I was going to wear. Ended up in teal dress, and wore some ..maybe 1 3/4 -2 inch heeled sandals. By the end of the night I wanted to bawl. Man oh man, can we say "Edema" and I mean Big TIme! Toes were numb and the pads just underneath the toes were swollen. Hurt like heck! Could barely walk at all on Sunday. Have no idea what caused that. It really shouldn't be the shoes - I've worn them before without problems. SIgh...gettin' old ain't for sissies.

Two pair - black New Balance everyday, and steel toe work boots that live under the passenger seat. For use only when shipper required, like in a steel mill.

If my feet hurt, the rest of me is miserable. I can work through just about any pain, not the feet though. Ugh. My MIL insists her feet are growing as she ages. She says she was a size 8 when she first moved to Florida, now is a 9 1/2.
Maybe there is truth in that....

Greetings from the bus ride that has no end! Seriously, I'm way over this. I love my mom and it's a nice time but I'll be happy to be off this bus. My entire body hurts.

We both had wicked edema by the end of the cross-country journey. Mine was up to my knees. That's a bad feeling, and it took days to resolve. I won't even go into all the foot problems I've had that keep me from wearing any kind of heels at all. In case you want to try something, B6 is a natural diuretic and a 100 mg dose 1x a day can help pretty quickly.

My feet & lower legs ache constantly, the balls of my feet aren't balls anymore they're bones sticking into the floor. I'm on them all day long. I can hardly bend my toes as it feels like the tissue that made up the ball of the foot is now squashed between the toes.ul

Geez, this shoulda been posted last night - Mama Chak called me away from the com and I wasn't able to get back to it, then forgot about it and went to sleep....
