You need some custom foot pads (not the store-bought garbage). It distributes your weight evenly throughout your foot and shoves all the bones and tendons back to where they belong. Results: Pain free feet, ankles, knees, and hips.
Yeah, but can they be used with flip flops and sandals? I'm wearing those 95% of the time.
I have to buy sandals that have soft thick soles that aren't too squishy or too hard.

No, can't be worn with sandals. But if you want to fix your feet you'll get out of those sandals. If not, then you'll have to deal with the pain.

    Evening Army!
My feet & lower legs ache constantly, the balls of my feet aren't balls anymore they're bones sticking into the floor. I'm on them all day long. I can hardly bend my toes as it feels like the tissue that made up the ball of the foot is now squashed between the toes.ul

Glad the ball went well otherwise, Hula.

Geez, this shoulda been posted last night - Mama Chak called me away from the com and I wasn't able to get back to it, then forgot about it and went to sleep....

    Morning Army!!!
Chak, this is what I wear at the restaurant . I'm on my feet for hours and these offer serious support where you need it . They're worth every penny I paid for them .The insole is replaceable and Amazon carries the shoe and the insole . They're made in Germany, definitely not cheap junk .

your feet remembered the last time you wore them and decided to revolt this time ;)

never did understand the thing women have with shoes....
all I need are 3 different pairs... 1 for yard work ( ratty old tennis shoes), 1 for work work ( black Sketchers for lots of walking), 1 for going out for a nice dinner ( nice leather dress ups to remind me how much I like my other 2 pair) :) ...
Ahem, are you suggesting I have revolting feet Mr. Killer? ROFL

Two pair - black New Balance everyday, and steel toe work boots that live under the passenger seat. For use only when shipper required, like in a steel mill.
I'll bet they look lovely under a teal gown and matching earrings Pop!

Those do look comfy and they have cut-offs I could use for inside the house (meaning I'd have to get two pair) If they work, the money saved from Dr. appointments would compensate the cost for the shoes.

They take a coupla weeks to get used to, they're designed to slip at the heel . But they position your feet for proper stride and weight distribution , I don't have the foot pain or muscle fatigue that I had wearing other types of shoes at work , they're lifesavers for me , Just be sure you get the ones I linked you to , the others have cork insoles and don't offer as much support .

well since pain is sensed by nerves and nerves work off of voltage impulses and you were feeling pain ...therefore your feet were sending out wave after wave of volts ... and if it did it more than one time, they volted and revolted many times.... so technically.. ummmm yes :) even if they are pretty tootsies ;)

Yet another reason why being a man is so great. Black shoes, blue jeans, and a work shirt. Period. I comb my hair in the morning, and if it's windy I wear a ball cap. I can actually put on black suit and wing tips if the occasion calls for it, then the only detail is tying a double wing Beckett, which I learned well in the Navy. And if someone doesn't like it, I can always take the dogs along next time ;)

April, when does that tour end? Sounds like you've about had enough of it...
You may remember me saying you and your mom may learn something about each other during this; have we?
Well the trip goes another day, an awesome 12 hour drive to her town outside of Tampa. It is probably just an 8 hour drive but with all the stopping and eating...

I bailed out early. I'm at the Gulfport, Mississippi airport. Heading home. I just couldn't do it anymore :)

Mom and I did learn more about eachother. It was a trip and experience I'll treasure forever!

I've worn these and loved them. Over the years you find what works best and for my feet the Dansko's work best, but they are not suitable for kickin' it around the house. I know Gary and I are on our feet more than the average human. Excluding my week on the bus of course

So I brought just the Presa with me on the trip. Probably only vaped 1-2 Ml's/day. So that's 7 days and I'm just now doing my first charge. It's not even dead yet, just getting low.
Even with the low juice consumption, that's pretty darn good battery life.
