I have the same problem. Use another speed test. Use AT&T. It works on mine.
I have google WiFi router which allows to test speeds from my house. Also allows me to control access to my internet via app. A lot of fun when kids don’t listen I can pause internet until they do lol.

Maybe I could ask Spectrum if there is a way to increase my speed (newer router?) without jacking up the price...
Good luck they jacked my price up to over $200/month said they were doing me a favor by not charging more so I dropped there crap off. Lol

I use Windstream Kinetic fiber. My WiFi speeds are around 700 up and down. When hard wired I hit over 900 up and down.
In many applications, at some point internet speed goes beyond the ability of the human senses. It is safe to say you're past that. :)

Spectrum doesn't do anything for free.

I thought their basic internet service was 60mbps. What does your bill say you are paying for?
