. . .

trying to figger out how to make an attachment for my reloader to place the leads ( bullets) into position automatically instead of having to hold them with my fingers... would definately speed things up a bit :)

What calibers do you reload, BK? I've never gotten into reloading. But as I get closer to retirement, I'm starting to think about it.

Watching some video reviews of Netgear wifi extenders. I'm on to these reviewers these days. You can quickly tell the difference between the novice reviewers and the serious reviewers. Most are novices...usually kids who use a review as an excuse to make a video. They'll do a 12 minute review on a router and all they do is unbox the thing and show you what you get (between them yelling at the dog). Nothing about how it works, setup, how it performs. comparisons...nothing. I ask, who wants to spend 12 minutes watching a kid unbox a router? Furthermore, why isn't mom or dad coaching them? Or do kids divorce their parents for that these days?
I prefer google WiFi you can buy more than one and create a mesh network

Help please ;(
I'm a new guy here and I have a firestick I ordered a while ago with Kodi. we use it to watch movies only. Kodi is no longer working and I've tried to follow some step by step directions with fired and Kraken Kodi and I'm just not getting this. now when I open Kodi I only see power, system and apps tabs. help please what am I doing wrong. Also, suggest me how can I reimport my settings and back all of my best Kodi addons. I used to had a very good collection of addons, but now it is gone.
Try installing kodi 17.6 on your firestick

Good Morning Army. Another day of rest....
DS, we have a Firestick that our son gave us for Christmas. I have no idea how it works, my son set it up for us. But he does occasionally visit this thread, maybe he could help ???
NM, he already did.

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :)

You're all speaking a foreign language to me....
Pops, look at the Logitech sound systems if you're interested in adding a quality sound system to your arsenal without breaking the bank. Personally, if I were getting it (at least in part) for watching movies then I would get a 5.1 surround system. But a TRUE 5.1. Not the simulated or 3D stuff they try passing off as 5.1 surround sound. Here is Logitech's very affordable 5.1 TRUE dolby digital 5.1 system.

But before you pull the trigger on anything make sure the connections you have will work with the connections on the new sound system. Any number of us can help you with that.

If I were you with that 800 mbps system I would open my windows and make it available to the neighborhood. Charge $20/month. Or make it free if you need friends.

Okay, Bunnykiller will have to work out the actual math here (I’m tired) but considering when Nooks first debuted you must read 2 books per day!

I remember you had some good recommendations for reading. David too. Since moving and being on a tighter budget I don’t purchase books much anymore. Most of my reading has been to get caught up with tech for my career reboot. But recently I’ve had time to read a bit. That’s why I love Hoopla hooked up to my local library. I borrow ebooks now and read on my iPad mini.

I read fast, but you have me beat by a long ways!

you are tired ;) I think Hula is the reader :)

I understand the Shineyitis as it pertains to guns. I know it could inflict me real bad when it comes to firearms so I just don't go there. I know me. I have a weapon (357 revolver) and it is used strictly for home protection. Once in awhile I'll shoot off a couple dozen rounds to stay semi-sharp. Every time I get that itch to go to hobby mode I resist. It's a hobby that can be very addicting. My poor neighbor is beyond hope. He has 50+ various firearms modern to antique he cannot afford. His phone is always connected to the gun auctions when he's not talking or texting where he is always buying and selling guns. He inflicted his son with it and now he's beyond hope. That would be me if I allowed it. Don't need that in my life. No. No way. Not me. Not gonna go there. :)

We used to play football, baseball and basketball too. Selling mud pies though, that was good. I never thought to sell them. Now I did sell lemonaide to make money to buy candy or a book. Now you need a freaking permit for that or they will shut you down. This was pre-internet days of course for all of us. Times have changed, that is for sure. We would go out early, come in for lunch, go back out until supper time. Be home before dark, or you would be in massive trouble. We had to stick in the neighborhood though. We always had fun, and we used our imagination much more than kids today do. Now they want to be entertained, or they are bored. We made our own games up every day. You can't do that now with your kids, unless maybe you live way out in the country.

Thankfully we’ve moved to a neighborhood where the kids go outside for hours still, just like when I grew up. There are bad people out there yes but I can’t keep them locked up until they’re 30 out of fear. All the neighborhood kids flock to our block because the school playground is right by our house so they aren’t too far away, but I refuse to watch them every minute of every day. Violent crimes and kidnappings have gone way down since the 80s (and most kidnappings are from people who the family know) but everyone is terrified of everything now it seems.

They still have plenty of time for electronics unfortunately with this weather [emoji57] but I’m glad we moved here for sure
