I just saw that. Never knew it was gone or do not know why it was gone. And yes, BB reminds me of Shatner and GT.

I tried Boba’s. Did not like it at all. Was it supposed to be an RY4? I don’t care for those. Doesn’t anyone call them RY4’s anymore?

Oh, hey, General Bronze, sir - was your millenial edit okay? I can change it if you no likey. :)

I agree, Boba's wasn't very good.

Spent the weekend at Kal's shotgun competition. It's the first one I've attended because they are normally out of state. It was fun to watch. He didn't do great, but did shoot 93/100 on skeet. I think he could improve a lot if their team had a real coach. The coach that offered him a spot on the team quit last summer. They have a guy that 'coaches' but he is a retired officer, not a shotgun guy.

The weekend flew by.. I need another..

Good Morning Army. Never did Boba's. If it's something everyone has to have, I avoid it.
Going back to the doctor this morning, without the test results he wanted. I am slowly getting better. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel ...

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :)

I agree, I have watched "Mash" many times over. The lovely Mrs CMD got me the DVD set. (She also got me "Hill Street Blues".) My enjoyment of "Mash" was increased when he joined. His skills were perfect for Major Winchester.

I wasn't big on Boba's either. It wasn't really an RY4. Kind of a graham peppery taste to me. Oh, and yes, the millenial edit was perfectly fine. Thank you. :)

Agree. The first two seasons of MASH with Blake as the CO was kind of lame. Too silly for me. But once Potter joined in season 3 is when it really started getting good. The next big improvement is when Burns left the show and Winchester came in. Burns was just too goofy to be remotely believable. And by that time they had sufficiently bashed the Army to the point where it was overkill. I just found Winchester to be funny and interesting. He made me laugh just with his presence. And his lines were so predictable but he still made me laugh when he said them.

Every addition or replacement seemed to work well, it was the only show that I can think of that got better and better as it went on. Usually shows are cancelled a couple of years too late. I liked Potter better than Blake, Hunnicutt better than Trapper and Winchester better than Burns. The softening of Houlihan's character helped the show. And Winchester's delivery was priceless

Totally agree. I did miss Radar when he left but the show didn't seem to suffer with Klinger filling the void. He kind of straitened up and ditched most of his women's get-ups which had run its course so it worked out fine.

Good point, the characters that remained on the show matured, if that is the right word. Houllihan and Klinger are the best examples.
