Blacklist and Supernatural are the only shows I watch. And my daughter had to tell me about those. Used to watch NCIS, but it's not the same without Tony Dinozzo.

I've never seen Supernatural. I will keep it in mind. I am toying with the idea of cutting the Netflix off. I am leaning towards deleting my subscription to it, but that is not final. All I have is streaming, no dvds. They save some of the better stuff for dvd subscription, which is irksome to me. I wouldn't trust dvds in the mail system here. Too many thieves are raiding mailboxes. I don't know how much more that would cost either. It doesn't matter because I can't afford any increase at all.

I spent the morning getting a few chores done so I could have a relaxing day of reading and Gummy Drop (puzzle game).

It’s 4 pm here and I’m just sitting down. Wha’ happened?!? o_O

Should have torn the chore list in haft....or better still tossed it in the round file..:D

If it says Prime, I am guessing you will be in the right lane as a white Freightliner / Flatbed with Tucker on the door goes by in the left lane.
Probably. The one I'm turning in is cut at 72, but I didn't tell them to turn this one up so unless they took it upon themselves, it won't be.

Good morning :)

We've mapped our drive from Portland to West Yellowstone. I'm getting excited! We are in a cabin in West Yellowstone which about 1/2 mile from the park entrance. If you want to look it up, we are staying in the Explorer Cabins in West Yellowstone. They are so freaking cute!

First thing we will go to see is Old Faithful. I've dreamed about seeing that in person since I first learned of it in grade school.

Well, off to do more list making. :D

Well we finally have a decent temperature, and no wind to speak about. They expect storms this weekend, particularly Saturday. I've run the heat ever since I got up this morning. I am just now able to turn it off. If anything this time of year, you probably need the a/c, NOT the heater.

I'm still trying to keep a close eye on my condition, and take my antibiotic. I still am forcing down some yogurt. It is alright now and then, but everyday is getting b o r i n g. So I threw in a few blueberries to change it up a little bit, that helped.

Y'all are being very quiet. I guess everyone is out doing spring time stuff. (for the most part) I'm still pretty much housebound, and trying to stay out of the sun as much as possible.

Well, I call the office today. They have me come in to get the results. The ascites is back (I knew in my heart it was because of slight'ish bloating) and her words "It's a little bit not good". Some of the seeding is becoming active again. She didn't give me a copy of the results. Didn't even have them in her hand.

We are introducing oxaliplatin again on Thursday then I fly out right after to go on our mini vacation. Oh Joy. Going to where it is colder with the oxaliplatin cold hand syndrome.

On Thursday I will try to get my hands on the results. I Don't Get It. My CEA is dropping again but the ascites is showing its ugly head.

I had my little breakdown and hopefully got it out of my system. I sure as hell can't cry when I get back on that damned oxaliplatin. Crying is Painful because that particular chemo affects the tear ducts.

Well that's it in a nutshell. I hope that the oxaliplatin knocks those cancer cells back into submission. I did take 5 weeks off (and the CEA dropped during that time!) to enjoy the kids and grandkids. We made some happy memories. Time scratch Yellowstone off my bucket list.

Cancer won't break me and keep me from enjoying life. Dammit!

Try making some smoothies. Tons of recipes on You Tube using greek yogurt. Add some greens or carrots to the fruit and juice and you don't even know you're drinking the yogurt.

PITA!!! I know it has to get old. Take a few steps forward then get slapped back a couple steps. One gets so anxious to clean up the mess and then you have to go back and clean it up some more. I understand. Keep your chin up Robin. You swatted it back once so you can do it again. Thankfully you have that choice. :)
