CMD-KY I have the small sized Renewal Products Hot/Cold Therapy Pillow. The inside uses organic corn, and it has a cover made of 100% cotton fabric. Some of these pillows have a faint aroma which is pleasant. Mine doesn't seem to have a scent at all. You put it in the microwave, and heat it up. I usually put my pillow on a paper plate, and then heat it for about 55 seconds. The heat lasts for a good deal of time, longer than you would think. When it was fresh out of the microwave, I test it to make sure it isn't too hot and then just hold it on the area of pain. It fits perfectly behind your neck, and you can hold your head back in a chair with that small pillow, and it does help me a lot. It says for maximum relief use a muscle balm prior to putting the warm pillow on it. You can also use moist heat by placing a damp cloth under the warm pillow. I don't do any of that, I just place the pillow where I want it. You can shape it to the way you want, but it is not memory foam. These cost maybe 12 dollars, and it is worth it. They make a larger pillow too, but it is more money of course so I didn't get that one. I got it at the health food store, but you could probably find one cheaper somewhere else.

Came in to catch up and check up on Robin's check ins :)

Someone mentioned kidney stones - ugh...I have the privilege of making those occasionally.
Surgeries, stents...had a nice tube sewn into my back with a bag for a while on one round. Yuck !

Those toss in the microwave pillows are AMAZING for all sorts of body aches. I have several in different shapes. My favorite is a long tube of rice that is for hanging around your shoulders...I like to toss it behind me and run it down my spine and then sit back in the sofa on it. ahhhhhhhhhh...

Wouldn't it be easier to just microwave your kidney?

Went to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse today and now in a hotel in Denver. Two nights here then on to home.

We saw a coyote our last day in Yellowstone. It was just trotting down the road in front of a line of cars behind. What a sight! Also saw a chipmunk while waiting for the road to open up for us.

We drove through some amazing country. Hardly any interstate driving and it was great! There were a lot of deer and we even saw a lot of antelope. I saw a pheasant while we were going from Mount Rushmore to Crazy Horse.

No bears :(

I can't believe our time is almost done on this vacation. It was a dream vacation.

One more day then back to reality.

By the looks of it... the mouse is still on his feet and the cat is KO’d. :)

But, no. He really was sleeping just like that. Cats have no modesty whatsoever. He got into an even weirder position after this, but startled to topple, scared himself, jumped up and ran off before I could get a pic.

Puppies are cute. Cats are weird. Being a weirdo myself, I dig cats.

You picked a good weekend to be in Denver weather-wise. I hope you have a good time here too.
