wonders if those "hot" pillows" work well for sunburns?? ;)
Actually you would be crazy to put the hot pillow on a burn. However it can be put in the freezer and chilled down. I wouldn't put it in the freezer long, if you wanted to put it on a burn. Place a towel or something under the pillow. The pillow works for hot or cold therapy. Personally I would just use aloe vera gel or something like that. If you get a bad enough sunburn, you can get chills from it. I'm sure we all know that though. I usually burn once or twice in the spring. Then later it is hard for me to get an actual sunburn. I take medicine these days that has me more likely to get a sunburn, which stinks.

You picked a good weekend to be in Denver weather-wise. I hope you have a good time here too.

Oh my! Yes we did. We are actually staying in Golden. We went to the Red Rock amphitheater and walked a short trail then drove a scenic route. Getting ready to go out to eat then back here to chill before packing it all up.

The weather has been phenomenal this whole trip!

Well, if you are in Golden, did you swing by the Dinosaur tracks along the hogback? If you are up for a little bit of a walk, it's pretty cool to see all the little feets in the rocks. How about Casa Bonita if you are a South Park fan and haven't been there before. The food isn't the best in town, but where else can you have cliff divers and unlimited sopapillas in a pink palace?

I was so worried that you would get here in time for one of our spring snow storms and be stuck in the hotel the whole time you spent in Denver.

We drove by the dinosaur thing but after the hike we were a bit done. We still hadn't quite recuperated from Mammoth Springs. Not a fan of South Park but did find this small out of the way Mexican place for dinner. It was good  The salsa was hot! Just the way I like it. :D

Honestly, being stuck in the hotel sounds really good right about now

We are going to need a vacation after we get back from this one! Soooooo worth the aches and pains!

The heat, altitude, and dry air can be hard on folks from sea level, so you probably did the right thing to call it a day. The tracks are fairly easy to walk if you had time tomorrow. It's along a paved road that they closed off for the ridge. I grew up just down the hill from there, when you could still drive it.

Evening.......I took the flavor survey HHV put on FB.. Keeping my 7 flavors is important..:);)

Fantastic!!!! Well done, David.

It's no joke, everyone. We've added the survey info on the home page too, and it's the topic of the latest newsletter. That deadline is Tuesday. We all need to submit our comments to the FDA directly too by 6/19. You can submit more than one comment.

We need to leave for the airport at 7am. No time tomorrow for anything.

Good Morning Army. Been chatting on BaltimoreRavens.com about the NFL Draft lately under the screen name PapawBrett. No idea where that came from.
No survey. No Facebook. Just old. Congrats to Hulamoon on the Millennial post.
Still vaping on REOS Mods. Still enjoying Powder Keg and a few other favorites. As I am out and about it is obvious that vaping has become mainstream. And box mods with tanks seem to be the norm. When I open up a Reos and show what a squonker is, most seem dumbfounded.
My NET flavors are all homemade now. Finally worked out the kinks on filtration and have found flavors I enjoy. But cannot come close to Heather's sweets and bakery flavors. She really is a mixing genius.
Heading out this morning to see Avengers Infinity Wars Pt. 1 as the whole family loves those movies.

Have a Safe and Blessed Sunday :nun:

You don't have to do the survey with FB etc... They do need to know that flavors do matter, and it has helped many people quit smoking. I still have not had one cigarette since I started vaping. I quit smoking, and 3 days later I was teetering on the edge of buying another pack. So in desperation I bought my first vape stuff. Haven't looked back since.

I did the survey,too.

Yay! Well done! Thanks, Fran. :)

Sorry , this dinosaur doesn't do Facebook anymore , nope , nada , don't ask .

Me neither. Good for you! Heather just put the survey links on FB. I also added them on the HHV homepage. Drs. Farsalinos and Poulas created the survey. Their team will be submitting the results to the FDA. No FB account is needed. And it’s an anonymous survey (other than detecting your IP).

Yes! Exactly!

This flavor battle on behalf of “protecting the children” is a farce. Vodka comes in all sorts of flavors that “appeal to youth” and no one seems to feel that should be stopped. Nicotine gum is flavored. This is just a psychologically manipulative tactic. It’s a flimsy excuse to justify outright removal of liberty and restriction of business. [end rant]
