Sleep sweet, Dear Angel.... God has you now, and we will sorely miss you.
I hope it was nothing serious that you were in the hospital for. Very sad news to come home to for sure.Heya army,
Just got home from the hospital yesterday to learn our beloved Robin passed away way to early in life.
My condolences to Rick and the rest of her family.
It was for repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm, the original from years ago was failing-apparently what was used then was recalled for many failures,I had not received notice, had ct scan with contrast Friday, vascular surgeon called abut an hour later and said get to hospital NOW,turns out aneurysm was up to 9cm which he said they rarely see as most burst before reaching that size!I hope it was nothing serious that you were in the hospital for. Thank God you got such prompt care. Glad the repair was successful. That’s really scary. Rest up and take it easy.It was for repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm, the original from years ago was failing-apparently what was used then was recalled for many failures,I had not received notice, had ct scan with contrast Friday, vascular surgeon called abut an hour later and said get to hospital NOW,turns out aneurysm was up to 9cm which he said they rarely see as most burst before reaching that size!
And yes,I was very saddened to see Robin had passed away.
I'm off work for a week to recover.
Leave your remembrances and fond memories of Robin here. We plan to pass them on to Rick. Link others as we encourage all of Robin's friends on ECF to post.
