I have searched Hi n low for french onions... never can find them... all I find are yellow, white, and Vadalia... but I do find that leeks and the smaller version ( green onions) do make an awesome soup...
a good beef stock, leeks, a heavy red wine ( Chardoney... excuse the spelling) a bit of brown sugar, lotza butter, touch of salt and pepper and a sprinkle of garlic powder, then topped with a chunka toast and dollop of cheese ( slightly salty) does the trick....

jeeze... now Im craving French onion soup.... where can I find a store thats open at this time in the morning???... ;)
I make my own French Onion soup...and often. Mmmmmmm.

somehow I ended up on youtube watching things about flat earthers opinions.... odd how people can believe things and assume postulations of how things work when it is not possible.... why would earth be flat when everything else is spherical?
I find myself often asking if many people believe what they are saying. Especially with politicians.

I decided it was time to retire my sigelei Fuchai again. This should be here tomorrow.. VOOPOO DRAG 2 177W & UFORCE T2 Kit I may give the tank a try but it will likely remain in the box. Getting the kit was cheaper than getting the mod by itself. That is from the few places I could find it from.. And vaperoyalty had the best price. Plus I've ordered from them before..
Nice! I bought some stuff from Vape Royalty in the past. Been awhile though. Are you done with Temp Control?

Today is the big day for my mother. I bet she was so excited last night she didn't sleep well. Rain is on the way, so I have to get this done as quick as possible. I feel a rough day is in store for me. I bought a new umbrella when my mom was in the hospital, my other one got a hole in it. I like the big golf type umbrellas when I have to walk a distance, or take the dogs out. This one was bigger than I thought it would be. It started out okay, and then after the 2nd storm I used it with, the push button stopped opening the umbrella. So I took it back, and there were no others that fit the bill for me. Yesterday I had to get another one, and I drove all over looking for one. I guess they sold out of the good ones. I ended up getting a much smaller one than I needed, since this is an emergency for me. I did find one at a sporting store that would work, but they wanted 35 bucks for it. The ones on sale for 25 dollars had a cancer warning on it. Seriously? It seems like it is hard to acquire anything these days that doesn't have something in it, that is bad for your health.
Hope it goes well.

I am going to go way way off topic here. I really enjoy this Dragon's Fire. A few drops in the RDA on my squonker and the flavor lasts a long time. Given the name, "Fire", I would not have tried without the comments here. Good stuff.
Been 6+ years on DF now for me. I love it as much as ever. Hope you experience the same. I forgot, have you used a temp control mod?

I do, I am getting nickel free SS from Unkamen for my DNA squonker. I had some but misplaced it. I never got comfortable with TC but I want to give it another try with my Ready-X-Wick that I recently got in.

When I initially tried TC I liked it but didn't think it was necessarily much of an improvement over power mode. That's been awhile now since I switched. Recently I set up my Radius in power mode (it doesn't do TC). I vape on it when I watch TV in the LR. I have to say there is a significant difference in the vape between the two. The TC is much more saturated and fulfilling. So I have changed my mind. TC is better than power mode. It just is.

Back from the store. So the only thing for tomorrow is chiropractor in the morning.. City is treating the roads today. Weather is calling for 1 to 5 inches of snow tomorrow...
What's the chiro busting up? Or is it just a general adjustment?

the only thing I remember is...

I Am the Walrus...coo coo ka choo... the rest is lost in the "haze"

hold on... I do remember something from Pink Floyd... and it was... " One of these days Im going to cut you into little pieces" and why I think of green onions is beyond me... ;)

LOL! You have caused a decade-spanning association! Radiohead’s 1997 “OK Computer” has a song “Paranoid Android” with the lyric, “When I am king you will will be first against the wall...”

That song is related to “Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy” - so I’m told. Never read it.

Therefore, the answer is 42.

You might be joking about finding French onions. I can’t quite tell. ;)

Here’s a handy and informative reference. The only onions classified as French are two types of shallots. At least one of which would not make a good soup. Your soup sounds delicious!

Maybe the cancer warning was so they could sell that particular umbrella in California? Cuz just about everything will give you cancer if you're in California. Glad I don't live there...no offense meant to any of you who do.

Good point! You’re probably right too. They really need to find a way to label their air in CA. Most cancer causing thing in the state.

Why are you retiring the Fuchai? I just got mine recently, but it’s relegated to backup and occasional flavor change status. I love the look and don’t mind where the firing button is. But my pinky keeps dropping and unlatching the battery door as I vape. Even if it’s slightly opened the Fuchai won’t fire. That push button is problematic for me. I prefer a sliding latch I guess.

Based upon the General's recommendation, I am crossing the Delaware in search of TC.
[I am going to give it another shot, I wish I could find Nickle free 26 gauge.]

I think a large majority of metals have nickle in them. At least some. Any particular reason why you want nickle free?

I think I have a nickle allergy or whatever, it irritates my mouth. Unkamen touts itself as nickle free. The largest wire they have is 28. What metal do you use and who from?

I've had this for about 2 years and it has been used a lot. It will go back to being used for dry burning coils. FUCHAI 200W TC + (2) HIGH DRAIN BATTERIES – VAPEHAPPY

I use 26 gauge SS from Lightning Vapes. 316L I believe. He’s a helpful guy. You can call him or email probably if you have questions.
