Well, friends, you will not believe this. The second buyers decided not to go through with the house sale.

Back on the market we go. This time it was because the home inspector noted moisture stains on the attic rafters. My old roof leaked - has a new one since 2010. And the bathroom vents go into the attic rather than through the roof. In with the notation about moisture were those dirty words, "possible mold." That's the latest fear frenzy. Any mention and people bolt. Inspectors are just doing CYA for legal reasons, but it doesn't matter. My realtor just had a deal tanked on a 6 year old home because the inspector flagged something as being out of code. She says in the last five years, home inspections have become a nightmare, and tank a lot of deals. We are praying and keeping faith. It needs to sell soon.

In other news, the first buyer was clearly intending to file a frivolous lawsuit against me. Which would cost time and money to address, and I have neither. I decided to rid my life (and the house) of the bad mojo and signed for release of his earnest money. May seem like he got away with it, but we all know karma's reputation. No amount of money is worth dealing with nasty people. :)

RATS! RATS! RATS! [No Eleanor, it was "possible mold" :p] :-x:-x:-x

{{{{{{{{{Lori}}}}}}}}} Third buyer HAS to be a charm, right?

Speaking of frustrations, roofing crew finished tear off yesterday (despite their 1.5hour lunch break). Today shingles were delivered, but I've not seen the crew at all yet. They are lucky I'm not the one paying for this or they'd be receiving some scathing phone calls.. Don't promise to have a job done in one day if it will take 3-4.

More RATS!! :grr: Alas, that's pretty par for the course with a lot of roofers. :nah:

Good Evening Army. Set the air brakes in Austinville VA for the evening and letting a 6" sub digest....

Marking my spot!!

Love you all! Don't give up on me.. EVER! :D

We will always save you a spot near the fireplace...

That is actually PopPop's roll call. And I am no longer a forum mod so Robin will have to update it. Yo Robin!!!

I was relieved of those duties some time ago.

Confession, I'm afraid 6mg nic just doesn't make it for me. Since vaping DF 6mg exclusively for the last few weeks, I've kind of fallen off the wagon and been smoking 2-3 cigs a day. Higher nic juice won't be coming in till next month.

Drop the ohms and turn up the voltage. It seems as though most cloud chasers are doing 3 -6 mg nicotine.

Let's hope that guy's not a trucker.

Only for the last 20 years.....

Time to try and get some rest. 2am comes early...

Morning y'all. Have never dealt with allergies til this year, but this year they are trying to kill me, I'm convinced of it. The new job is not very allergy friendly either so have been dosing up on claritin d. The downside is that gives me cotton mouth...

Sorry the sales fell through LA! What a frustration.

it does take 1 day.. ( since 1 day = 24 hours) and it takes 4 six hour sessions to do it ;)

@PapawBrett

About the ohms, I'm on the lowest the Provari can handle 1.2ohm, twisted 30g with Raylon. If I go lower and use the ZNA clone I have to fight with a sticky power button and burn up juice faster with the higher wattage. Gotta make this 40ml last till mid Oct. I know, lots of luck, right?

About the trucker, I thought we were referring to the scum-ball that dropped the house deal with Lori.
I know you been truckin' half your life... :D

Nope. Only spend one or two nights a week in the truck, so no TV here. Usually don't watch much TV at home either, except for football and action flicks. Lately I have been watching a little more, as I am getting into 'Person of Interest' discs, year 1 from Netflix

On the way back from visiting a sick friend of MIL at the hospital and business at the bank, I stopped here...
A hole in the wall we call shop #2, near a bridge over the Chaopraya River, drinking a cold craft beer and thinking about friends.
