The wifey "rescued" a chihuahua from down the street a few weeks back.... then she got the male from the same house 2 days ago... he was too hyper and Berni decided to donate the dog to a better home ( someone who likes hyper dogs)... but he left us with a present... he had a " good time" with the newer female... probably going to have puppies in early Oct...

hair loss means the chemo is doing its job.... if the hair is still growing, so is the cancer... if the hair stops growing and stays attached ( sort of) chemo is still working, just not as aggressively as as it could be tho... and it all depends on the type of cancer and treatment that is required to quell the cancer that affects the hair roots/growth cells..

I was told that thinning hair will happen. The chemo I'm getting won't give me total hair loss.

Like I said, I have a lot of hair and it is curly. The hair loss won't be as noticeable as long as I let it go natural.

Good morning! Finally a day off.

Got stuck at work last night till 1030. Sick calls and busy from the storm. A new night shift charge nurse that's still getting into her groove, needed some help getting things settled. It was still pretty chaotic when i left but i did the best i could. I legally can't work longer than 18 hours so i had timed out. I did manage to sleep well though!

Good luck with those puppies BK!

didnt go for the planetary protection group but I did go for the position in the Department of Gravitational Engineering... while I was there, I never had any issues with gravitational failure... ;)

Well that's a relief! I always hate it when I encounter gravitational failure!

On the open carry vs. concealed I'm gonna stay away from my actual opinion on the two. I open 75% of the time and pride myself on situational awareness... try and take it...
Onto my point of open carry as a plus. ...
Printing is a major concern for a lot of people and having the ability to open carry without consequence, makes it easier to conceal carry... The idea of printing goes out the door you never need to worry about it so for this reason open carry is a +..

99% of the time if a place is posted as no guns I truly don't care.. I will protect my family above all else or I just won't shop there period.....
If I see a 30.07(no open carry) I'll put my shirt over my owb and if it shows it shows they'll warn me.. if I see a 30.06(no concealed) unless my wife is forcing me my business will go elsewhere.. if I can properly deep conceal I'm going in.. new gun so no iwb holsters yet.
As an example Costco's corporate policy is no guns.. I can loose my membership BUT.... The state of Texas demands a business post the proper signage and that's what I tend to follow.. screw my membership if it's taken.

Ding-ding-ding!
You got it right

I've been vaping it - Really like it !
I know it says it's 'just coffee' but I am picking up a pinch of dark chocolate/cocoa.
