Good Morning Everyone. Casserole turned out good. Daughter said it was a little on the sweet side, more like a dessert than a main course. And Son-in-Law doesn't eat leftovers. So I will be eating squash casserole for a few days.
Thanks to everyone for well wishes. Mostly a peaceful, quiet birthday. No arrests, tickets or hangover.
After a cloudy, drizzly day yesterday we should be back into the southern sauna for a few days. Time to water the garden.

Hello Everyone. The big 63 today, having supper at my daughter's house tonight.
Might try a Squash Casserole recipe from Allrecipes.com. I am thinking off adding a couple of strips if bacon (crushed) and bacon grease to the recipe...
Everything goes better with bacon, right ?
